I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Arlington, Texas LaserAway location. I arrived for a scheduled lip filler appointment and brought my daughter with me. Upon check-in, I was informed that children are not allowed in the treatment area. This was surprising because during a previous visit, both my mother and daughter were permitted to accompany me into the treatment room without issue. When I asked for clarification, the location director, Christina Mitchell, stated that there is a policy regarding children in treatment areas and that customers are notified of this policy through messages prior to their appointments. However, I never received any communication regarding such a policy. When I requested a copy of the policy, she was unable to provide one. Christina also suggested that the difference in my previous experience may have been due to "new management." While still in the office, I contacted corporate customer service and was informed that the location was not under new management. This inconsistency was concerning and left me feeling that I was not being given accurate information. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service and service recovery. No effort was made to address my concerns beyond offering to reschedule my appointment. As a returning customer who has utilized LaserAway's services multiple times and invested a significant amount of money with the company, I expected a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and customer care. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will no longer be utilizing the Arlington location and will be reconsidering doing business with LaserAway altogether. Consistent policies, honest communication, and customer-focused service are essential, especially in an industry where clients place their trust in a company and invest substantial amounts of money in treatments. 0/5 experience! read more

CoolSculpting treatment at Laser Away Arlington was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The treatment itself was painless and surprisingly relaxing. I was able to catch up on few episodes while the machine worked its magic. During treatment staff made sure I was comfortable and cozy, provided blankets some water and let me turn off the lights while I watched some TV which made me feel super relaxed. I gave myself the platinum package of laser hair removal for my 40th birthday. I was a person that could shave my legs twice a day. I have been so pleased with the results. I don't have to shave at all. I was extremely concerned about having it done as a woman of color. However, the Registered Nurses and staff at Laser-away are so skilled I have had no problems. I have had some really good nurses but recently Alaina at the Arlington location did an amazing job. She was very thorough. She listened to me and addressed my problem area. Since the moment I walked in at LaserAway everyone has been so nice and answered all my questions. Amber was very thorough and explained to me the process of hair removal. I had no idea what it would be like or how much it would cost. Since my first laser appointment I immediately noticed a difference in my underarms. Less growth in only one session. Love love love coming here! I started coming in January to receive lip filler I have a total of 2 syringes. I got the first syringe in the beginning of the year and the second syringe in may.
