I had a full face laser hair removal package with Ideal Image in Arlington. The location is now permanently closed, which is important for anyone considering their services. I originally booked a touch up session last year but canceled because the service wasn't worth it if the price could jump so dramatically. As of May 2025, they informed customers that the "lifetime retouch" guarantee could increase from $70 per session to almost $350 per session, charging separately for each area (face and neck) even if your contract is for a full face. That's what the nurse that was over my treatments told me as well. Ideal Image needs to do better. Sudden, huge price hikes like this feel unfair and don't match the terms of the original contracts. read more

I booked a Diamond Glow facial at Ideal Image for my college son, whose skin was extremely dry and in real need of deep exfoliation. The service was rushed and finished in only 30 minutes--nowhere near the quality or thoroughness expected for the price. It felt like we paid for a premium service but received a bare-minimum treatment. When I attempted to address the issue with the office manager, I was told it could take up to a week just to get a response. That level of customer service is unacceptable. Overall, this experience was disappointing, overpriced, and not reflective of the care and professionalism we expected. read more

***Potential Clients or Current clients** I was a member for 19 years from 2006-2025. My recent experiences have left me shook to say the least. The new manager at the Arlington location and corporate office don't value customers.I'm not sure if Ideal Images has gone through some corporate changes. I've NEVER left a review for any business, or complaint. However on every platform I will acknowledge the lack of customer service and lack of fair treatment . The deceptive practices, rate dispute and lack of fair treatment to diverse clients is recurring.I have filed complaints with BBB & TCF....Please explore law suites filed and numerous BBB complaints for contract dispute. Zero would be my review if possible. read more

Lets start with the phone call to schedule an appointment. Phone was answered by CHRIS who was beyond amazing. He took the time to make sure that Arlington was the closest to where I was when I asked. I had to call several times and to schedule, cancel and reschedule and Chris was so very polite, kind and professional. He made me WANT to come in just to meet him in person. Second, my treatment. I was very fortunate to be treated by WENDY. What an absolute sweetheart. Kind, easy laugh, great humor and EXTREMELY proficient in her profession. First time Ive actually enjoyed having a service done. In my opinion the staff truly enjoy working here and it shows in the way they treat their clients. I will absolutely go back over and over. read more

Ideal image is nothing. It's just a scam. First they going to say you only needs 20 units for your crow feets. When after one month you don't see any results they will not compensate or give you a credit towards more units. So Beware. Than they going to suggest stronger dose with more units but still they are not garuanteed there work. Scammers. read more

Very strange experience lol the nurse practitioner clearance took a few minutes so by the time the nurse got into the room she said she was not able to do the treatment because she ran out of time. I explained to her that I was on Time and that it's not my fault that the nurse practitioner clearance took Time. If you have time to come in and get canceled and then reschedule this place might work out for you. The Secretaries is in the front or friendly an older lady and a gentleman very sweet. read more

I signed up to get work done. They emailed me my appointment. they scheduled me for a time that I wouldn't be able to make on time because of my work schedule. then the location was too far. The location near me has no appointment's till the end of March. Why would they make it sound like appt's were no problem. I told the lady on the phone I was going on vacation on the 24th and wanted procedures before then. She stated no problem. Well it is a problem. I haven't had one procedure and already hitting brick walls. I'm so disappointed. After talking to a online agent, I was going to be sent somewhere else and to join and get my answer for only $5. Why would I want to pay $5 to get my issue resolved. Are you kidding me! Why would I want to give them more money? At this point, I'm even more frustrated. I don't know what I got myself in. Why can't they just call me??) read more

Back for my session. Again, pleasantly greeted. My consultant came by and visited for a bit. This time the center manager spoke with me as well. He was very personable and professional. Great beginning experience. He is going to try coolsculpting as well at the end of the month. He invited me to contact him if my experience was not a ten. That's pretty cool... Session scheduled for 3:00 pm. I arrived at 2:45. Went back at 3:15. Completed pictures/measurements at 3:41. Nurse thought maybe the measures were small... Running options again at 3:42 Deciding to just do one (2) cycle of lower for time sake, began at 3:55... Next session is next Tuesday. We will finish then... I have an idea of what to expect now... Personable. Professional. Attentive. Seeing as I had the nurse call the following day to make sure I was okay. There was no discomfort. It was good to have them check in on me. read more

Received Botox yesterday and my interactions with Hannah and Lily were amazing. They were kind (I was a tad nervous, first time receiving Botox) and very knowledgeable. They discussed why they chose the placement they did and helped educate me on why it would help to combat the concerns I had. I left with great post procedure direction and knew what to expect before, during and after my appointment. Would definitely return. read more

The prices are higher than many for Botox but the experience was overall great. I had a small amount of Botox units left from a previous visit. Because of the pricing I was just planning to use up the already paid for units. They were very nice about it I expected them to try to upswell me or not be eager to administer the small number of units I had left. But from booking the appointment to checking in and then getting the injections they were very nice and accommodating. I asked about prices for a different procedure and the receptionist made every effort to get the information I was asking for and was so very nice and personable. I would definitely go back. read more

Just got my first treatment for my underarms and it was so fast and painless. The staff is Great and office is relaxing. Coffee is free and so is the WiFi. Don't be discouraged about the price. If your paying to wax then you're wasting money. Invest in yourself. Beauty cost but it's so worth it. #nomorehairbumps#sleeveless#razorfree read more

I understand that because of covid things happen.. Ideal image told me that they would not give me any more treatments even though I had not gotten all of my treatments because the time had elapsed since my contract started. I asked them to make an exception since they had closed for covid, and they told me they were only closed for a couple of weeks. I told them that they'd never called me and told me when they reopened. They never called to do any appointments I had to go up there and do it myself periodo it myself. And then they wanted to charge me for my treatments to finish. I wrote a bad review. They called me about it but had no answers to the questions I had. I asked for them to get a copy of my contract and call back so we could go over it and they have never called back! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! read more

I wondered why I haven't heard anyone say they had great results from cool sculpting, well that's because it's a joke. I paid $6,000 for 2 sessions in my abdomen and came out bigger than I was when I went in. Gained weight and my stomach is bigger and now going to get a consult for PAH from a plastic surgeon and seek legal advice, which they have been sued before for this very thing by model Linda Evangelista and destroyed her career, in which I did reach to her attorney for more advice. Of course Ideal Image claims it's not PAH because they do not want to take fault and have to pay for lipo to correct it, oh and lipo is the ONLY way to fix what cool sculpting has jacked up. Their comment from the so called specialist who by way is not an M.D. stated it just looks like you didn't get any results but is that not what you advertise fabulous results, hmmm excuse me but $6,000 was not spent for an experiment. Warning don't it save your money and get real lipo. read more

They knew my medical history before they charged me $900 and then 4 hours before my appt. they decided to tell me I couldn't have it because I'm allergic to something NOT even in their product. I read the reviews from months/years ago and I am glad I came now. Sarah is my "personal" nurse and is fantastic. I have never felt anything but relaxed with her. When I schedule my next appointments I just say with Sarah and it is done. I came in for one thing and they never pushed anything else. I was the one who asked about all the services. Everyone is very personable. I was most impressed that the picture up front is not of a random person but the girl at the front desk. She is open and honest about it. It may not be the cheapest but I feel you get what you pay for. Some services are pretty intimate and I would rather have a nurse do it than just a person with a bit of training. In addition to services their products.... I am one of those all about natural this and that but they sent me home with a bag of goodies and I am hooked. Noticed a difference after a few days and improvements continue. I was skeptical when I heard the advertisements about staff being real nurses with training for each specific service. Well it is true! Equipment can glitch and if something goes odd they call the support people and fix it right then and there. Every person is different and so is each result. One example is I have very fibrous tissue so it is harder to so things. Sarah noted this and before I came in she made sure she knew how to get the best possible results. Another example is hair color. I am a redhead so they told me at my consultation. That my results would not be 100% because the laser doesn't work on light hair. So far I am 100% happy because it worked more than planned. Well I hope this helps anyone on the fence. It was a big decision for me but I would do it again and plan to let my daughters partake. Thanks to Cynthia and Dawn for setting everything up! read more

This was my second time getting Botox and the customer service was exceptional. They go above and beyond to educate you and to answer all of your questions. All of the staff had a positive attitude and both times I visited this location I was greeted with a smile. Whether this is your first time getting a procedure or you are switching from a different provider like I did, I strongly recommend Ideal Image. read more

I've been getting laser hair removal treatments here and absolutely love it! I definitely recommend asking for Kat, she's so sweet, funny, and just had a really great energy about her that made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process!! I went in for a dysport appointment on October 9th 2020. My injectionist was great. The problem was at the front desk, I don't know the girl's name who checked me out, but she has very long blonde hair. She did not communicate with the injectionist to find out what I had done. She charged me for Botox instead of dysport. I was supposed to have been charged $420, for 120 units of dysport. I was charged $674 for 120 units of Botox. When I questioned her about this, she explained that it had been a hectic morning for her and she'd been on the phone with her boyfriend and was expecting calls from him. She also told me she did not know how to do a credit, and that there was no office manager there at the time, so she would contact the office manager and get this straightened out. I was supposed to get a credit of $254. Today is Nov. 17, 2030 and I still have no credit. I have called multiple times, talked to Cynthia in late October who told me she was right on this and I should be getting my credit in a couple of days. I called a week ago, to be told that there was one more step that the manager had to do before I got my credit back . so basically I paid for a procedure that I did not get. I have no idea if I will ever get this credit, also I only used 40 of the 120 units I purchased never a mention of do I have any units left, this office is a complete MESS, unprofessional and no regard for customer service.Think twice before coming to this office! Why is Kat my absolute favorite? She makes me feel so comfortable and talks me through everything! She's does her job so well!!

I signed up for cool sculpting on a black friday deal. They did not mention it's not refundable. I tried to cancel the appt because after doing some research I found the results not to be worth the cost, however they would not cancel the appt. Did the cool sculpting and was not satisfied with results, best advice, if you want to loose fat or inches you have to work out! Do not recommend unless you are for sure this is what you want because you cannot get out of it if you change your mind! read more

I have had many botox treatments in the past with great results when I lived in Tn. This place gave me less injections when I supposedly received more units with no results. I do not believe you get what you pay for and may report them to channel 5. I suggest you ask what a unit looks like before you get them any where you go. They didn't even tell me to move my muscle area to promote a quicker result. No star!!! read more

Only had a consultation. None of the printers in the building worked so didn't get a paper copy of the price quote. I jotted the prices down. Laser is not permanent. Hair will come out thinner/finer when you do laser. However, no matter how many sessions you do it will still continue to grow. It definitely won't grow as fast as it does when you shave/ wax though. I've been coming here since 2016 for my sideburns but it still grows to this day. It's just not as noticeable as it used to be. read more

I am so excited to get started today. I have waited so long to get this done! The front desk is very professional and kind. They were informative and excited that I was excited. My consultant Lisa was ah-mazing. She is smart, intuitive and answered my questions. She wasn't pushy with the price but she knew what would fit my budget without getting buyers remorse. I loved my nurse practitioner (I think her name was Morgan). She is a pro. They were able to squeeze me in and she never let it show how busy she was. She walked me through every step and was patient when I needed to take a breather in between the treatments. Everyone could see how happy I was and it made my experience awesome. I even did an insta story on Instagram about it! Cool people, price point is high but it is so worth it. False Advertising!!! They claim they have the best equipment. And they dont lie. Its good equipment but so do other places for less than half the price. Shop around. Ask what kind of lasers they use. There are many other places out there that have just as good equipment. I went here for a consultation. They said price was based on how much and how thick your hair is. They never even bothered to check. Gave me a price the next day. I asked "what about the consultation? You said it was based on how much hair and kind of hair" She never had an answer. Just dodged around it. I called again when they sent me a 70% coupon. They quoted me over the phone. No consultation required. Never even knew what hair type or skin type I have. Never even asked my name. Just BAM!! Heres your quote. Can you U say RIP OFF?!?! Unprofessional. read more

I asked this place for a refund for my services and it has taken over a month. I got an email yesterday from their corporate office telling me they were paying it to FORTIVA bank and and health services. Now they could have considered speaking to me first b4 doing so Since I do not owe FORTIVA bank $5000.00. First I had to wait over a month then instead of paying my money directly to me as they should have they do this. They didn't mind when I was paying money directly to them.
