I'm 29 years old and have been getting Botox since 23. So I've had my fair share. I increased my units to 50 units as I wanted my forehead really tight for my best friend's wedding I am a part of. I typically only receive 30 units and can tell a significant difference, so was hoping 50 would ensure fantastic results.The ladies that works there are all really sweet and very friendly, the business itself is very clean. The problem comes from the product. I literally noticed no difference after two weeks, was told to call back, and after 6 weeks there were still no results when it should be in full effect. I was told that to fix the problem, they were going to bend the rules and allow me to get Botox again after only two months, lol. I feel bad for Michelle having to relay that joke of a response and realize that probably wasn't her decision, but that's an absolute joke. So I just got 50 units, and now two months later you're going to allow me to spend money on getting 55-60 more units instead? Well yea, I'm sure you are! Literally it's laughable. I absolutely do not recommend their Botox to anyone unless you are looking to possibly flinch your money and time down the toilet. There is no way this is good Botox. And I was going to let this part go, and really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but my face and eyes were completely bruised for about 9 days after my initial treatment. I payed $400 and used all my brilliant distinctions points for a bruised face and no results. 100% unsatisfied. Do not go here. read more

Great staff at Ideal Image. Just had my 7th visit and it was perfect. The nurses are so nice, professional and very personable. They are very attentive to your questions and resourceful in giving information about your progress. Very fortunate to have the same nurse my first 5 times, Lindsey She was awesome each and every time we met. Very professional.. On my 6th visit it was another nurse. she wasn't as friendly as Lindsey. But, didn't make much of it. We all have a bad day. (Won't give the other nurses name because I didn't speak to her about her disposition .It would be unfair to do so publicly before doing so personally. Plus, she wasn't that bad. It just hard to go from someone with a very friendly personality to someone that's not so friendly. Had my underarm and bikini area done. Great success and place to visit. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially African-American women. I'm a woman of color. My skin tone in medium brown to dark. The treatments have been very successful. Went on the suggestion of another friend. She's AA also but lighter in skin tone. So, I was somewhat apprehensive. I love going to Ideal Image of Arlington. Sarah is awesome, all the ladies there are very friendly and professional. Very clean atmosphere and welcoming. The always ask how you are offer you water and the wait time is always less than 5 to 10 minutes. They aim to please and they want to make sure you are happy with whatever service you had done. I had a great experience at Ideal Image Arlington. I met with Dawn for the consultation to go over information and cost. She was helpful working around what payment would be comfortable for me. She had a nurse meet with me to check out the hair in areas to be treated and then I met with nurse practitioner to go over medical history. I was able to receive a treatment the same day. I don't know why some people have left such bad reviews. I have had nothing but pleasant people at this location. If your having trouble getting an appointment, it might be because you want it at peak appointment times. The fact that you get a different nurse is selfish on your part. The employees have lives too. They can't always work when you want them too. But they keep good records, so any one who does your service knows what's going on in your records. I have been burned twice before, which left a scar at another place that does laser. Ideal Image in Arlington has good equipment and professional employees. I agree. The black girl in front is snotty and was griped out by my sales person for almost costing her the sale. I wound up signing up for 5 areas, I have had about 4 or five treatments. I rarely shave anymore and the nurses who do the lasering are degreed and have GOOD bedside manners. read more

Well, I basically have mixed feelings. I have both my lower arms and lower legs being treated. I am happy with the results of my legs because I haven't had to shave for the last five months. DISAPPOINTED! Donita (the supervisor at the Arlington location) is one of the rudest woman I have ever had to deal with. She's condescending if you ask legitimate questions. She was super nice when I was signing my $8,000 contract with her, but that was the ONLY time she was nice and helpful. Every other encounter I had with her was not good. I've never been treated so bad or received such poor customer service. She's very unprofessional and just overall disappointing. Besides her, if you need to reschedule an appointment, plan on it being another 2 months before you can get in. In addition, you will probably get a different nurse every time, which is uncomfortable. Also, I'm on my last treatment, and I still have to shave once a week. When I said I was unsatisfied with the results, they said that's it's a 70% hair loss, so that's all I get. Shaving once a week after paying $8,000 is not money well spent. I won't go back to Ideal Image in Arlington or give them any more money!!! GO ELSEWHERE! read more
