I can see why they have lawsuits against them. Beware of all of the forms they have you assigned it may be because of how they practice. Follow up; In response to your follow up, I wasn't offered to come in. I was offered for pictures to be sent however because I felt like the rep wasn't understanding or was adamant about the results should've been that way I didn't pursue her sending more pictures and I also feel like if I would've come back in even though I wasn't offered, I would've have been given information to disqualify my concerns about the misplacement and to be hard sold again - to that point I am attaching pictures of my markup and two weeks after she did the Botox at lazer away Arlington and the last picture is the day after I had it redone by a doctor Clearly the pictures will show that it was misplaced when I got it there and the results were awful The last picture will show the results of when a doctor redid it and these are the results the very next day.

I originally booked a touch up session last year but canceled because the service wasn't worth it if the price could jump so dramatically. As of May 2025, they informed customers that the "lifetime retouch" guarantee could increase from $70 per session to almost $350 per session, charging separately for each area (face and neck) even if your contract is for a full face. That's what the nurse that was over my treatments told me as well. Ideal Image needs to do better. Sudden, huge price hikes like this feel unfair and don't match the terms of the original contracts.

My biggest advice to anyone purchasing laser hair removal packages here is: be very vigilant about your services and keep track of exactly how many treatments you have purchased and used. I purchased two different laser hair removal packages at different times. Unfortunately, I never saw even 40% of the results I was expecting. What really concerned me, however, was what happened with my remaining treatments. On two separate occasions, when I called to schedule what I believed was my final remaining treatment, I was told that I no longer had any treatments left and would need to purchase another package. The first time this happened, I had to contact corporate. They reviewed the situation and reimbursed me for the appointment I was told I no longer had. The second time, I was again told that I had no treatments remaining. I was told someone would call me back after looking into it, but I never received that follow-up call. What makes this even more frustrating is that the staff has changed since I originally purchased my packages. High turn over ! With both situations, it seemed to come down to that last treatment--somehow, according to the current staff, I no longer had one, even though I know I did.n I'm sharing this review simply to encourage anyone who purchases a package here to keep your own records, count your treatments, and hold onto your receipts and documentation. Don't rely solely on their system to keep track of how many services you have remaining.
