I was offered for pictures to be sent however because I felt like the rep wasn't understanding or was adamant about the results should've been that way I didn't pursue her sending more pictures and I also feel like if I would've come back in even though I wasn't offered, I would've have been given information to disqualify my concerns about the misplacement and to be hard sold again - to that point I am attaching pictures of my markup and two weeks after she did the Botox at lazer away Arlington and the last picture is the day after I had it redone by a doctor Clearly the pictures will show that it was misplaced when I got it there and the results were awful The last picture will show the results of when a doctor redid it and these are the results the very next day.

I originally booked a touch up session last year but canceled because the service wasn't worth it if the price could jump so dramatically. As of May 2025, they informed customers that the "lifetime retouch" guarantee could increase from $70 per session to almost $350 per session, charging separately for each area (face and neck) even if your contract is for a full face. That's what the nurse that was over my treatments told me as well. Ideal Image needs to do better. Sudden, huge price hikes like this feel unfair and don't match the terms of the original contracts.

I've been here before because I used to take my ex wife here to get her tattoo removed. It takes multiple sessions, but was extremely quick. I paid for 14 sessions and each literally lasts maybe 45 seconds, which I just had my first one. WARNING: It absolutely hurts but no fault of their own. I was maybe there for 20 minutes in total. But the specialist was very careful and honest. It's a little pricy (hence the 4 stars otherwise it would be 5) but it's worth it. I recommend them to anyone. I would provide before/after photos but it's not really a tattoo in the best spot to broadcast.

It's got my skin looking like silk already after only wearing the mask for six hours. It's supposed to really help with melasma as well, which is something I have.
