Pharmacy sucks!! Your on hold for hours no one answers the call just go somewhere else please!!!

Photo Department staff is always nice and helpful. Will definitely be my go to for Picture printing.

Not to be confused with Woolgreens, which sells Green Sheep. I mean who doesn't love Green Sheep. Amirite. No. Nobody. Walgreens was not very helpful with my finger. Typical overpriced Walgreens and didn't really want to offer me any good advice. At least they talked to me (hence not getting 1 star). Went across the street, and CVS were amazingly helpful. The woman took me in and didn't even charge me for lengthy doctor consultation - for which she referred me to lots of free clinics in the area and I was eventually able to get my hand fixed before my finger fell off. These employees are super slow, and do not have great customer service. The Walgreens is closer to me so that's why I chose to go there, but the CVS across the street is a million times better. SMH why can't this one just be good read more

Management is horror, I seen the way they let employees treat their other teammates, there are times where cashiers have requested management and it's take 5 or so minutes to come and help and when they do it's an attitude conversation, don't recommend this Walgreens. read more

Beware of using store pickup for online orders where clipped coupons are available. It's not doable and if you call to apply the coupon, Customer Service will tell you the sale isn't complete until it's picked up but reassure you the coupon will be honored once you call back to confirm the items are picked up. If it's not the same week that you call and the coupon is no longer on their website, they have no record and will not apply it. At that point, you have no recourse without a photo. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and returning the items, if necessary. I choose to do business with honest companies! read more

One cashier in particular is super rude. Seems like she doesn't like her job. She never smiles. One would think if you don't like what you do, you would find another job. Lines are always super long and cashiers are not in a rush to move it along. I dread going in this store. If you do, be prepared to stand in line for 15-20 mins or more. read more

This Walgreens location is awesome. The lines are rarely ridiculously long and employees are willing to help. They are knowledgeable about sales and don't give me any problems. My only complaints about this location are 1) they don't really give you the option to have your receipt emailed to you...they just assume that you want a paper copy and 2) one of the ladies who works here is really nice but dreadfully slow. Even with those two minor hiccups, this Walgreens gets five stars from me. read more

Selected this pharmacy for location and drive through. I always have to go back at least twice, not full quantity, medication not in, etc. Today I went in because my rescue inhaler stopped working... had about 100 puffs left but must have evaporated, it was only 3 months old so should have been fine. Jerry... the head ass in charged was not the least helpful, kept telling me the prescription was three months old and he could do nothing about it... so I get screwed out of half my prescription. I didn't want a refill I wanted a replacement... besides, I have refills from that same 3 month old prescription. I am now looking for a new pharmacy. dammit. read more

The pharmacy associates are so helpful. I took my mom there to pick up her prescriptions and they provided her with the best service. They were patient and addressed all of her questions and concerns. I really appreciate them taking the time to make sure her has a solid understanding of her meds before we left. (and this was all in the drive thru). Great service inside and out! Thanks Walgreen's pharmacy! read more

I love my corner store Walgreens. Staff is always friendly and the lady in cosmetics get me everytime. She shows me what's on sale and I end up buying lots of stuff that I didn't have a clue that I needed before I went in the store. I love the end of season or holiday sales. read more

had a covid appointment at 11:45 am, waited in line for 45 minutes and the line didn't move at all what an excuse fof a testing facility

Every time I visit the pharmacy, I end up waiting in line for no less than half an hour for a prescription that is ready and waiting. The employees are always friendly, but understaffed. I have been going there for years, and it's like I'm kicking myself for not transferring my prescriptions. I finally did. CVS across the street is so much faster!!! Not a happy Walgreens customer. read more

I was not at all pleased with the service that I received at the pharmacy tonight. I have used Walgreens's for 98% of my scrips over the past 7 years. Tonight I dropped off a script and when I returned 30 minutes later, the tech asked for my identification and FSA card. She proceeded to fill out the form when picking up a narcotic, scans my id and then says "are you paying the cash price". No I have insurance. Well we don't have it on file so you have to pay the cash price. I proceeded to retrieve my script and go to my usual location. I explain to the tech what happened at the last location and I ask that the tech verify that she can pull my insurance. She looks puzzled like she can't figure out why the last tech couldn't access it because it was on the screen. I have never had any problems at any other Walgreen's. This pharmacy sucks. I will be back to shop but not for my medication. read more

Some service providers just shouldn't have much room for error. Especially when it comes to individuals medication dealing with life or death. Several times I've filled prescriptions at this location and they'll call and/or text me saying my RX is ready for pick up. In addition, I will call in myself to confirm that insurance is verified and medication is available. Once I arrive ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING! They don't have the meds and it has to be ordered, insurance doesn't cover it, system is down. This is on several occasions. read more

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I've ever dealt with! I just waited an hour in line at the pharmacy when there were only TWO people in front of me! I've never had a wait time less than 30 minutes this Walgreens. read more
