You call the company, tell them what you need, what insurance carriers you have(and their info), you doctor's information, the supplies you are in need of, and they do the rest. They get the prescriptions needed for the insurance companies, receive copay information from the insurance companies, and will even coordinated benefits if more than one insurance company exists. I know this company must seem to deserve more than a 3 star, and if i would have received a call letting me know that there would have been a lapse in service, they would have received a 4 or even a 5. Seeing that I had to call and give them information that was missed for our primary insurance and a denial of payment letter was needed in order for Medicaid to pay in full.(My insurance company had already told me told me they do not pay for these supplies, and so Medicaid said they would).

Somehow I got signed into an automatic cc withdrawal of $29 per month. I had gotten confused during the big move, I also got CPAP supplies from them. When I discovered I was overpaying and wanted a refund then my calls were like dealing with a Three Stooges Team, vying to see who could pass me off to someone else the fastest. Numerous attempts were fruitless. It is now with a Grievances Team with my Medicare provider. This was absolutely the worse case of customer service that I have ever encountered.
