For the pharmacist who told my elderly sick mother you weren't a minute clinic and don't know where the nearest one is when she asked, you are a certified a**hole. It took me 5 minutes maybe less, to find the nearest one and make her an appt. She doesn't have access to the same things we do and it would have taken her longer to figure all that out. Eeek. Me thinks not. This was a janky CVS- the carpeting was all stained, worn, threadbare. The whole store had a smell to it. Ick. The place was filthy gross! It's like nobody has been minding the shelves, and merchandise was all over, makeup stashed with the food, the packages all astray, askew, and akimbo. The clerks were too busy taking their sweet time ringing up someone who needed to use the CVS phone for a long distance call to check on something. Meanwhile, the self-checkout was largely out of order. They sell a lot of mass produced wine and beer, but no good deals, and no local stuff. Parking was easy, but the parking lot was full of litter, and not lit very well. Tight parking spots. There's not much else around here that's open late. read more

the slowest pharmacy i've ever been to. multiple times i've waiting in the drive through when there's no one inside. my prescription had been ready for hours but they said they were still filling it. This is for the CVS at 1555 East Renner Road Richardson, Tx 75082, I walked in there this afternoon with a prescription from my dentist. Walked to the Pharmacy and was greeted by the new Pharmacist there. She told me it would just be a few minutes to take my order. After she took my prescription, she told me how much it would cost and she could have it done in 15 minutes. Her Techs were busy filling orders. 15 minutes later I was in line and picking up my order. Everything ran quickly and smoothly. Pharmacist name is Farah. She was very helpful, professional, and very personable. On my way out I ran into Theresa, the Assistant Manager, I see working there all the time and told her how nice the store was looking, She says they have a new Manager and a new Pharmacist. Theresa has always been the heart of that store. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I've met some really nice people there in the past two years I have been going there. I would highly recommend this store. Great location, largest CVS in the area, and has a great selection in the store. read more

Do not use this pharmacy, not only are they, including the pharmacist, extremely rude but something very nefarious is is going on !!! I was one of 3 people there today trying to pick up a prescription for pain medication. All 3 of us had been there for the third day in a row and were told they were out but they refused to let us know by phone or text. I get a text on other prescriptions that I will be pulling, every time but not on this. Could they be selling this on the street, I don't know ?!? read more

i've never been inside but i was trying to get my prescription sent over. i quickly regretted that when the pharmacist talked over me several times while i was trying to ask her questions, i had multiple phone calls where i was very respectful and she continued to be antagonizing and very rude. i decided to go elsewhere. read more

My experience there is pretty normal and just like all the other CVS's. I do get annoyed with the CVS loyalty card system because I just don't go in there enough to want to get a loyalty card but when I do go in there I know I am giving up money by not having one. read more

Horrible Pharmacy, they refill prescriptions when not ready, then when you are ready you have no refills...I'm wondering if the staff is using... They are always sorry but yet you are constantly checking their work, your doctor is having to call in refills or you are continually going to the store for another refill. I waited in line to get the prescription and as I got to the counter, they declared, "it is our lunch time," and rolled the doors down right in mynface as my 6yr old son and I were next in line. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The pharmacists won't listen. They won't refill prescriptions that have 1 refill even after calling the prescribing Dr and insurance varify that insurance will cover the remaining med refill. CVS won't tell you why until you get upset with them for just repeating the statment that insurance won't cover and you need to call your Dr. Thank goodness my insurance company understands and took action while I was on the phone with them. The insurance company even said they get a lot of complaints about CVS. I will not be using them from now on. read more

This is the worse CVS Pharmacy. Go to the CVS on Campbell instead. There are 6 people working in the pharmacy and no one properly attending to walk-ins and drive through customers. System are slow or not not working at all. Staff is unable to think outside the square or use common sense judgement. Pharmacist can't think beyond what's in front of him. Manager is worse. Called to find out information on a TDAP shot, I spoke with in a female in pharmacy. We discussed my insurance information. She then tried telling me I can only use my insurance in Maryland or Virginia, even though I work and live in Texas AND have been to the Dr. here last month. WORST PHARMACY EVER. Because my office is so close, they are very convenient for me to use. I have given them chances over and over again. Today is the last straw. They have done everything to me from asking me when I would pick it up and after 2 hours still not having it ready to lying to me and letting my prescription expire after I explicitly ask about it expiring. This pharmacy has no clue what they are doing. Today I dropped off a prescription at 4pm and they asked me when I would like to pick it up. I told them 5:30. Knowing full well it would not be done on time, I show up at 5:45 and it's still not done. They tell me they are going to expedite it now because I am in the drive thru waiting on it. After sitting at the window for a while, she tells me to pull around up front and she would text me when it was done. Why do they ask when I would pick it up if they have no intention of having it done at that time? Why wouldn't they just text me when they feel like having it completed instead of asking me when I would like it completed?
