I have a chronic inflammatory skin condition and need an antibiotic and a cream to control. The antibiotic cost $800 for 30 days through Walgreens on my high deductible health plan and is medically necessary. SandsRx did what Walgreens couldn't - they applied a coupon code and got my antibiotic down to $75 for a 30 day supply. They have live customer service and an AI agent named Jane which I use for refills. Best AI experience I've had - easy, no repeating yourself and payment is on file. Prescriptions are delivered and they recently implemented a tracking service so you know when to expect the prescriptions to arrive. My doc accidentally sent my refill to another similar pharmacy. I got it changed back to Sands. Won't go anywhere else for these meds. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with SandsRx Pharmacy. I purchased Endometrin through them, but unfortunately suffered a miscarriage before I was able to use it. I kept the medication, hoping I could use it when I was ready to try IVF again. Because of the emotional toll and the high cost of IVF, it took me quite a while to start treatment again. I now have two unopened boxes of Endometrin, worth about $500, and was told they cannot provide any credit or assistance, even though the medication was never used. I understand there are regulations regarding prescription medications, but it's incredibly frustrating to lose that much money while already facing the enormous financial burden of fertility treatment. Pharmacies that specialize in IVF often say they are here to support patients, but experiences like this make it hard to feel that way. I wish there were more compassion or flexibility for patients who have experienced pregnancy loss and are already struggling with the costs of fertility care. read more

There was a snafu with where my prescription was sent (other location) and the sweet and precious gal with beautiful red hair at the front went above and beyond to get it transferred, and filled so I could sleep tonight! She is a doll and even put it on ice do I could make my class tonight. I'll never go anywhere else! Thanks again!!!! read more

They were very helpful in refilling a last minute medication for me. The 2-3 day turn around time is not normally an issue but this time I ran completely out and didn't realize ahead of time. They expedited the refill so I was able to pick up without missing a dose. read more

If I would've written this review a year ago, they would've gotten five stars, but their service has continued to go downhill. They do not answer their phone and they do not return calls nor do they return text messages. I tried to get a hold of them for a week to ask a question about my prescription and no one ever called me back. Somebody finally emailed me and basically made excuses that they were overwhelmed. Just get a phone service! Pay someone to take phone calls! It's not that difficult people! You guys need to get it together over there! I'm definitely changing compound pharmacies! read more

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Prescription Lost, No Accountability We had an extremely disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I brought my wife's prescription to the Wylie location, where I was assured that it would be faxed to McKinney for fulfillment. After waiting five days with no update--while my wife needed her pain medication--we called to check the status. To our shock, the staff told us they had no idea what happened to the prescription. When I asked for help, the person I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also rude, showing no care or responsibility for the situation or our distress. read more

I have been using this pharmacy for a few months. They deliver my medication(huge win!) and are friendly and helpful any time I call, which I rarely need to do. read more

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I've been trying to reach someone to speak with about my prescription for two days.

I had to switch my babies medication from Maxxor pharmacy to Sands Rx pharmacy. For a year I've never had an issue with the other pharmacy and their customer support or delivery time. Sands Rx has rude customer support. They say medications now have 3 day delivery but it's been a week since the Rx was called in and it has still not arrived. read more

I am so thankful for SandsRx Pharmacy and their dedication to provide the best care for their customers. One of their pharmacists, Mahdi went above and beyond to help my husband and I when I needed one my prescriptions filled. He not only ensured that we got the medication in time, but he took the time to provide us education, get to know us, and gave us encouraging words during such a stressful time for us. I am forever grateful for Mahdi and this pharmacy. I recommend this pharmacy if you are looking excellent service. read more

Great delivery and responsive to questions I had. I love supporting local business that gives back to the community it serves!!

I've worked with Sands 2x now - they are highly responsive, organized and methodical. Not to mention how fast prescriptions arrive at my door. I can't imagine tackling the complications of science-based family planning without Sands, truly thank you so much! read more

They always short you in their compounding pharmacy. What should be a 4 week supply is really only 3 weeks and maybe 1/3 of the 4th week. But at $80 per injection, they are shorting me about $60. Happens every time. read more

This pharmacy is just amazing! Very timely and helpful and their overnight shipping (I live out of state) is so convenient! My Dr.'s office tried using an in state pharmacy for a lower price on my medication, but with their shipping cost there was no difference, and their customer service was atrocious! Will never try that again, even if they promise a lower price. Customer service goes a long way and I would much rather pay a company that is prompt and helpful than a place that can't deliver the same. read more

I don't recommend any black women to work at the ga location the PIC there is bat shit crazy. Her husband brought a gun my second week of working there & tried to get me to touch it & also hide it in the area I was working mind you I don't know these ppl yet. As time goes on the PIC tries to confide in me that she is cheating on her husband with his brother & when I told her I no longer want to listen she began to make it seem like I was a issue to work with. Also trying to reach out to management will get you know where spoke to mahdi who basically told me to suck it up just because of how much they paid me wouldn't recommend this job to a dog as long as the PIC they have in charge there is still working read more

Tessa Mccall Running smoothly? Hmmm two prescriptions have been messed up in a two month time period leaving the patient without medication for 3 days. We wont even talk about the overcharging which was admitted in a conference phone call to patient and insurance company. Still waiting on the credit for that. I believe in honesty and taking accountability when mistakes happen. I was told this morning that the prescription would be placed in an escalated status and here patient sits with missed morning dose and no prescription yet and 5:13 pm. The pharmacy was called at opening time 9:00 am 8 hours ago !!! read more

Don't do business with this business. They make promises but don't deliver. They made me wait two months for an insurance claim form but still didn't do it right, so either they don't know how to fill out an insurance claim form or they like to play 'mind games' with their own customers. read more

This place is my favorite pharmacy! The cleanliness of this place is noticeable right when you walk in. It's also very nicely decorated with supplements and support pills that i had no idea what they do since i'm not in the medical field. I do not have insurance so they give big discounts! they also do delivery for free but takes 1-2 days. I went to the pharmacy because i wanted my meds on the same day! for my refills, i will be using the delivery! read more

I had a difficult time reaching this pharmacy. I was on hold the first time on Monday (right after the dr visit) for 8 minutes and today, Saturday, for 15 minutes. I had a vm message on Tuesday to call (with no information), so I did. I waited 7 minutes that time. I was told that they were waiting on my ins to respond, so I continued to wait for my meds. Today is Saturday, and they are still waiting for my ins to respond. I have an established account at Walgreens and have asked the dr to use them. This is ridiculous that I have waited all week for meds that I should have received by Tuesday. I know Sands Rx is a specialized pharmacy, but I will not be using them. read more

Was so worried when I got an email from the courier service that said they don't deliver on weekends. Sandsrx somehow ensured they would deliver to me Saturday and I am so appreciative. Fertility treatments are so stressful and time sensitive and the last thing you want is something else to worry about. At least I know I can trust sandsrx and don't have to ever worry again for another prescription. read more

I've used Sands Rx for the previous couple of years and Julie specifically for regular orders of Scientific Process supplements. No only does Julie maintain inventory of the products, but she contacts me when my supply is down, alerts me to special offers, and has them ready for pickup. She's good! read more

I had a prescription that they had to actually make and i brought it in late. I've been going through IVF most of the year and have had the pleasure of purchasing from SandsRx for medications. The IVF process as a whole can be horribly unpredictable, financially and emotionally draining. During this process I have found SandsRx to be amazing! The customer service and friendliness of the staff is something you don't see much of these days. Amber & Nabil went above and beyond each and every time. I kid you not, I actually enjoyed calling in and picking up meds as these are some of nicest people you will meet. They double check everything before providing it as the orders can be complicated. The products were great and staff always ensured the essentials accompanied the products. I also love that they took it upon themselves to seek out the best prices and programs so I the consumer could have the best price. I did shop around during the first round and could not find any place that could beat the price. By the second round I didn't even bother looking around because they made the stressful part of having this or that med whenever I needed it such a breeze. It was so easy to end up with exactly what I needed rather than purchase it all and have left overs. For both rounds all I had left was the extra meds left in the Follistim cartridge or additional progesterone from the 10ml bottle. It was great to be able to purchase efficiently rather than having to buy the whole lump sum of meds and being out the money if the cycle were cancelled. Again, I cannot tell you enough how much easier they made this stressful journey, it felt they were right beside me helping me with whatever I needed along the way! read more
