Well now I understand why the stars are so low. I started off in the drive thru.. told it would be about 15 minutes until my much needed prescription for my sinus infection was ready.. no problem. I pull into the front of the store . Go shopping, use the restroom.. waste about 30 minutes.. then I get in line. About 10minutes in line because everyone before me has an issue.. then I'm thinking yay! I should be done... wah wah wahhh nope the cashier spends another 5 minutes looking me up , because she tells me that I need to wait. after checking the hours for the minuteclinic, I drove up to the store for a walk in visit. The website says they are open until 730pm. I arrived at 620pm. There was no one in the waiting area. Yet, when I tried to check in, I was informed there were no appointments available until tomorrow morning. I specifically didn't schedule an appointment, because my husband and I are currently sharing a car - so I may not know when I can be there. Thats why I was pleased to see this clinic accepts walking. Except they clearly don't. I'm sick and it took a lot of effort to get myself out of bed, and cleaned up enough to be seen in public - only to find it was a complete waste of my time. read more

I am a Black woman and a disabled U.S. veteran who was a regular customer at CVS Pharmacy #3292. While waiting in the drive-through for my prescribed medication, staff called the police on me. I was not violating any policy. I was simply waiting; They told police that my medicine was not an immediate need like insulin violating my HIPPA privacy rights. One of the medications they failed to fill was needed for a post operative surgical need requiring my doctor on day of surgery to find an alternative pharmacy to dispense the medication. This experience was humiliating and alarming. Calling law enforcement on a black woman disabled veteran for waiting for medication reflects poor judgment and raises seriously concerns about racial bias. If you are black do not use this location; I would go so far as to not use CVS period read more

They are not open 24 hrs. Pharmacy opens at 8am. This is frustrating. I just drove over from the ER with prescriptions and they advertise 24hrs but that is not the case. Oh, but I could drive 30 min away to Rockwall for one that is open! Not helpful information from sales associate. I'm sick and I live in Wylie. read more

I submitted my insurance information on the online form and included pictures of the card, but the staff at the front were having problems with my insurance. After a long wait, the lady told me that I wasn't under my family's insurance plan and that she'd have to put me as uninsured. I ended up leaving my appointment because I was pretty sure she was wrong and didn't want to get incorrectly charged. Well, after confirming with my family and the insurance company itself, I AM insured. I'm not exactly sure what happened for them to say I'm uninsured, but this mistake could've led to insurance charge complications. read more

This CVS does not deserve the one star, they are not even that good. My doctor called in a prescription for a common antibiotic at 9:43am, at 2:47pm they are still struggling to fill it. After waiting in the drive thru lane for more than 20 minutes, I was told by the attendant that they can fill this prescription in 15 minutes or less...so why now 5 hours after it being called in, is it still not filled? This is the slowest, most incompetent CVS I have ever dealt with...not to say that any of them are much better. read more

In the pharmacy they're open 24 hours this was the closest place I could find here in Wylie and since I live here that's really great. They promised they would get me everything in an hour and they succeeded in doing that I'm very grateful I highly recommend this drugstore read more

The wait time here for a vaccine is an absolute joke. I was lucky and only had to wait 30 mins after my scheduled appointment but my husband has been waiting over an hour after his appointment and still hasn't been called. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if they're gonna let walk ins go ahead of you. Waste of our time. read more

She lacks the basis of customer service....1)friendly 2) smile 3) acknowledge the person in front of you- the customer. People have choices...there is a Walgreens direct across the street. Slowest. Pharmacy. Ever. I get my prescriptions at Walmart and never have to wait more than 2 minutes but for some reason my husband continues to get his filled here. Every time, he has to wait for at least 20 minutes, AT LEAST. So annoying. read more

Waited almost 2 hours to get my very sick child's medicine they kept telling me 30 minutes 40 minutes 50 minutes I stayed out in the street with my three very young children for 2 HOURS. I am very disappointed in the service and it was very unprofessional never ever coming to this CVS ever again. I didn't even end up getting the medicine for my daughter. read more

It seems as if the pharmacy staff are incompetent and lack the ability to do the one thing they have been hired to do. 'The inevitable woes of CVS' as I have come to name it. This CVS is slammed and so busy. But Ms Patel and Rashid help so much and the couple of girls behind the counter seem to give a crap about me. Maybe because I'm a nurse? I will say lines are long and pretty stressful but I know my script will always be correct. They always say hi and people they don't make much money-especially the techs. On multiple occasions they have lost my prescriptions. My doctor will have to call it in 2 and sometimes 3 times before they acknowledge it even exists. Frequently our prescriptions aren't ready even after we get the phone call that they are. This always turns into a 30 minute wait time. And when you asked why they called if it wasn't ready they just stare at you, like a confused child. read more

I wish I could give this store ZERO STARS!!! This CVS pharmacy is THE WORST!!! Avoid them at all cost to save your sanity. They have tons of people working but can't seem to manage their time. The wait is ridiculous. I waited over an hour and a half to get my prescription filled only to be told that my prescription was missing a number after waiting there. Ok, fine. I called my doctor to call them with the missing info. My doctor's office called several times before someone finally rudely answered. They told my doctor that they never received any prescriptions from me and told them to call another pharmacy. When she called me back with that info, I walked back into the store to see what they were talking about. While still having my doctor's office still on the line, she began to call them again on another line. I had to tell the pharmacist to answer the phone because they were trying to call. They finally answered and received the information. I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to have my prescriptions filled. If you don't have a life with nothing to do and feeling like wasting your life away, hang out at this incompetent pharmacy. read more
