The company is refusing to exchange this $100 product because I did not notify them immediately, even though this policy is not stated anywhere. I have spent close to $1,000 with this company, and as a result of this experience, I will never have my dermatologist order from them again. My dermatologist has confirmed that the lotion is compromised and unusable due to the hole in the tube. This raises serious concerns about their quality control and checks in place. I will be taking my business elsewhere--to a company that values its customers.

The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.

Secondly, there is no pharmacy manager to manage, instruct and direct this pharmacy's staff and pharmacists, whatsoever ! Thirdly, staff often mishandle your orders and once even reproached me (on the phone, when I called to make sure that my ordered medication was ready to be picked-up) Asked me : " IT CAN BE (READY) FOR YOU IF YOU WANT IT" ... I felt as if I was part of a Gambling Game, and not talking to a pharmacist, in actuality. It's bizzare behavior and must stop ! Today, instead of my ONE medication I called in to refill couple of days ago, I've received two, without ever placing an order for it ! The pharmacist told me that it was on "their auto-refill" list, which I have NEVER been a subscriber to... Once my husband, who is even older than I am (and I am a disabled home-bound woman) was harassed by some young staffers there, but was luckily able to speak to the Store General Manager who was super helpful and understanding. We are both the clients of this particular location of Tom Thumb Pharmacy (ph. # (972 661-0492) and at this point in time, we're unsure where else to fulfill our medications' refills (orders) since this location is pretty close to where we live. The staff is wonderful there and has been since I started visiting 5 years ago. There have been a handful of staff that has rotated in and out, but the core staff remains strong and seem to work really well together. And I will confirm that the "African American man" is quite handsome, but most of all, KIND--he remembers my name but he's discrete, he asks me about my day, he remembers little details that I've shared in the past and it makes me feel cared for by someone who holds, ya know, pretty sensitive information about me. From what I understand, he treats everyone that way and even "has a fan club of all the old ladies in the area". I feel lucky to have such a lovely team of pharmacists, as I know this is not the case for a lot of pharmacies.

I felt compelled to just share that the young woman that is in charge now, is wonderful. The team is wonderful as well. I do know that when my husband called to get his compound RX refill that calls are sent to CVS, and a phone number is given for special prescriptions such as a compound prescription refills to call... so with that said I will try and get a final answer today.
