Wow. 1. They don't EVER answer the phone! 2. 12 days to get an IN STOCK rx filled because they left it "In Process" for a week. Had to GO in and ask them "can you fill this?" They did, but would have left it "IN Process" if I didn't go INTO the store to tell them. HUGE HUGE problem is: the DO NOT answer that Pharmacy phone. Essentially they have no phone. Do they care? Can I give zero stars? My dad was on vacation and broke his insulin. We went in to get a replacement. We gave his info and they said they would check with his insurer, and give us a call. The next day they hadn't given us a call. We went in and they said they couldn't get through with the number provided. They didn't give us a call to tell us, they didn't use google to figure out another number, they just waited for us to figure it out. When we did it took an hour on the phone and more red tape. My dad's 73, we aren't asking for crack or heroin. Just ridiculous. read more

Don't put your family's care in their hands. The pharmacy staff sits and laughs about all the refills they aren't even looking at. They refuse to fill medication the doctor has actually prescribed. They said medication isn't in stock, but if you call back another person will tell you it is. Two different doctors have told our family they would not submit medication to this CVS location because "they never get it right". I should have listened. Buyer beware. This location is run by morons at best, inept despicable people at worst. I only gave one star because I couldn't write the review without it. Anything is better than this location. read more

This pharmacy has horrible service my doctor sent him medicine ifraconolozole 5th September, I was visited for pick up my medication white guy told me come tomorrow when I was went there Indian told me, I , we can order now you can pick tomorrow! I'm surprised, they are not responsible pharmacist I had emergency because I got fungal infections! This pharmacist not good ! This CVS has the worst RX drive-through of any location I have ever visited. There is usually a 30 minute or more wait in the drive-through lane. Management asked to do something about the people who are providing service, or the lack there of. read more

This review has been a long time coming as I would not feel it right to leave a negative review after just a few bad experiences. This CVS branch has HORRID customer service time & again. If you need to talk to a pharmacy team member, good luck. Even with 7 people behind the counter, the phone continues to ring. Going in for a vaccine and have an appointment? Absolute mess. I understand they are (obviously) overwhelmed with the amount of work they have, but hanging up on a customer is not ok. The folks working at the pharmacy are a complete joke. There was a hold placed on one of my needed, daily prescriptions and I was told to call and discuss my options. After being placed on hold for 35 minutes I drove to the pharmacy-- no line in the drive thru, two people being helped at the counter. Their phone was still ringing. I hadn't hung up yet. "Sorry sir we're short staffed." There's 6 of you and three of us. Pick up the phone. read more

This has to be the slowest pharmacy in Rockwall. If there's one slower I'd be amazed. Multiple times, weeks and months apart our scripts are never ready when we show up. This is hours after we leave the doctors office. Maybe I'm just used to the old way of pharmacies filling meds when they are called in from the doc. I wish our insurance allowed for a different pharmacy. The response from the pharmacists is she got behind today, apparently they are always behind. Poor poor job. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever save your mind and drive further to a different one. Refilling my prescription has been a three day process (that hasn't ended yet!) and the pharmacists have absolutely no idea what they are doing and don't care whether you get your prescription or not. I have been off a vital prescription for days now and was sent an hour away to the cvs they claimed my prescription was at only to be told by that pharmacy it IS at the north goliad location only to come back a be told it's "lost" and to call back in the morning so I can talk to another employee (?) basically proving he doesn't know what the hell he is doing. They owe me gas money for sending me on a 2 hour goose hunt and they owe me my effing prescription. read more

Absolutely garbage location. Dirty and horribly slow. Won't answer the phone - 45 minute hold times for pharmacy are the norm. Told to come back after an hour to pick up Tamiflu that was called in. Came back next morning only to find out that they were out....didn't bother to tell us. They also didn't bother to find a location that did. We go to another Rockwall CVS...they can't fill the prescription because the first CVS didn't release the hold on the prescription. But they wouldn't call the first and told us that we needed too....then proceeded to sit on hold for over 45 minutes before hanging up. Still don't have Tamiflu. Only reason I continue to go there is because its where my insurance is covered, otherwise I'd very happily go to Walgreens. read more

Horrible phone service!.. I was waiting for 30min trying to get a hold of the pharmacy, and it hasn't been the first time!

I've noticed the negative reviews , I'm sure they were deserved. I personally have not experienced anything bad. The pharmacist went out of her way to find a coupon for me which discounted my prescription by at least 50% +/- a few % points. I'm personally grateful. 8/21/19- I think this is my 3rd or 4th review for CVS pharmacy-particularly the North Goliad Location. Horrible and completely apathetic pharmacy associates. When I dropped off a prescription yesterday I was told the medication would be ordered for pick up today. I told the associate I was having surgery that next morning so I needed to know if she was sure it would be there to pick up. The associate said it would be. The next day, after hearing nothing from them I called to see if I could pick it up for my surgery in the morning and was told by the associate that it wasn't there and it would not be there today. I reiterated again I needed it for my surgery in the morning and that I had expressed that yesterday at drop off. She then said I could go to another cvs and get it but she'd have to call it in. My point is this location staff couldn't care less about their patients. From all of my experiences they don't care whether they help you or not. It's pathetic. Obviously their rudeness is not a one-off experience. CVS should really care more about how their pharmacy groups are treating their patients. read more

Unknowledgeable pharmacy staff. With the West Nile Epidemic we are having here, I asked a pharmacy employee to advise which is the best Deet to use. She was completely ignorant and didn't know what I was speaking about so I asked to speak to another employee. She sent over a male from the Pharmacy who tried to tell me that Deet is not the best product to use. Really? That's what all the medical experts who have appeared on the news recommend. read more

Whatever you do don't waste your time especially if you are ill going to CVS Minute clinic on Goliad in Rockwall. I had strep and needed a prescription quickly so I went and actually spoke to the nurse practitioner who showed me how to sign in on the computer and sign in on a sheet beside it. After doing so I sat and waited for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. She came out calling out names of the next patients up and I said I'm next on the sign in sheet. She said I wasn't in her computer. I explained that she was standing there and showed me how to log on and sign into the computer and she watched me do it and saw me waiting. She explained I must not have completed it correctly and I would have to sign in again and start all over. I pointed out my name that was hand written on the sign in sheet she said it doesn't matter I wasn't showing up on her computer. I went to the manager who said she has no control of the clinic and when I called the phone number to complain you sit on hold forever and it eventually disconnects. It was bad enough as an adult to be sick and go through that glad didn't have a sick child that needed medical attention it would have been even worse.
