I love Costco and the store, BUT never ever have an appliance delivered by them, they hire thugs that are 4 hours late and threaten you. I have had 3 things delivered by costco (not counting fedex etc), every time they called me during my appointment time to say they were "broken down on the side of the road and are running late...3 times. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to get someone from the Tire Center and after the call drops, I would call again and ask to connect to administration, only to be immediately transferred back to the Tire Center to wait until the call drops again. Don't buy tires here!! The prices are fair, but the fine-print is a rip-off. All tire rotations and service must be done at Costco or it voids the mikeage warranty. Our $$$ Michelin tires won't hold air after 19 months. We are only at 55% of the mileage warranty; but Cistco won't honor any warranty because we got the tires rotatee elsewhere (at the Cadillac dealership). Very dishonest Costco terms. read more

Service was terrible at the food court, had an hour long wait time for a pizza I ordered before even getting to the store. The employees in the back mostly talked to one another and did not fill their orders, creating long lines of angry waiting customers. They would continue to extend the waiting time saying 11 minutes over and over and would stare right at us when the pizzas on the rack were done and sitting there. Not impressed or pleased with my service. Im a busy first responder and I would appreciate it if these lazy food workers would take their job more seriously. read more

Was shopping at Costco today went to self checkout to pay for my items a young white guy was standing their ask if I had my membership card I said yes he glance at it and I proceeded to check out my items. A Hispanic older gentleman comes to check out he ask let me see your membership card flip over the card and asked what's your name the gentleman proceeded to checkout and he yell at him stating next time get your own membership. This was so disappointing to hear him being treated like a kid. Not sure if this is their new policy to look at the picture and ask what's your name but theirs a better way of handling this. Why not check before entering or post a sign stating they will be checking membership. As a minority this does not sit well with me. In Rockwall, TX - Bought a small $300 fridge and Costco delivery required I be at home to receive it. They did not make this known before the order. I got a call about the delivery and told I had to be there for delivery. I said no way and just deliver it. They told me to stop being rude and hung up on me. They left me with no updates for 4 days! After the product failed to deliver on the day. I decided to call into Costco support. After 3 calls which their support line is awful. I had to use chat. Costco support chat said the exact thing to the Costco delivery team. They said they would deliver it. They moved the delivery date up by 1 week. I get a TXT the day before to be there for delivery. Their shipping provider has ruined me ever from buying from Costco online. Thats 20k a year I will spend elsewhere. Also agree to the tire complaint another user had. Costco tires didnt't hold up because they didn't align the tires. Also got a nail in the tire and it cost me $50 to get it patched. read more

By far one of the nicest and most relaxed Costco's I have stepped foot in. The lines for gas were not busy at 11:00 a.m. nor was the parking lot full of shoppers and best of all no lines! Even on Christmas eve the store was not busy compared to my closest store in Miami. read more

This is getting ridiculous, Costco needs to just get rid of the self checkout. They check the card coming in and then you have to scan your card to checkout, now to use self checkout you have to show them your card again. The self checkout here is already the hardest in the industry to use, dont try and touch anythin gyou put down, it will stop and a an employee will have to come over and clear it for you. I get that they want only members shopping here but arent they still getting the money? I ge they don;'t get the annual fee but if they are depending on that fee for profit then they are thinking all wrong. As a Costco member I try to be alert for Costco locations to fill up my gas tank. Their prices are usually the lowest in the area or at least they are competitive. As long as their location is not too far off of our route or significantly lower than area prices, I'm there! Like most of the Costco locations, this one was not immediately off the freeway but not too far; just trust your GPS...but verify! Standard at all Costco gas pump locations is the one way flow; everyone enters and leaves in the same direction to alleviate traffic jams. The hoses are designed to reach either left or right side filler pipes so any open pump will work fine. And there is a lane between each set of pumps so that if you are not in front position, you have room to pull around. The only negative is that none of the Costco gas stations have any provision for cleaning your windshield. If lower prices are more important to you than a clean windshield, Costco gas may be for you. But Costco membership is required. read more

Be sure to check your rewards balance before you cancel or move your membership. I lost 277.00 for canceling my membership 7 days before my 2022 rewards got mailed. The associates and manager are not trained to inform the customers of pending rewards. They are crooks. read more

My two sisters and my mom all have three different memberships but my sisters didn't have them on hand only on app which was down at the moment. My mom was going to use her membership on my sisters. This location is not very well set up. Parking is bad and road access is bad. The hours are awful. They let "seniors" come in a hour early but the word senior is very loose. I'm all got helping the elderly and letting them have early time but they do not equally enforce this rule. I strongly recommend checking out sams club or other options. They have better rates, better hours and nicer employees. Also Costco is very picky with what credit cards they will and won't accept. read more

It's Costco. Most everyone knows what you get at Costco. This particular location is pretty top notch. It's super easy to get to, and has a gas station, which is the only reason why I went to Costco until a couple of weeks ago. That was when I bought a piece of furniture there. I got the piece home and it was damaged. Went back to the store...the Customer Service team there was phenomenal. Positive "we can help you" attitudes from everyone. Instead of making me bring the unit back and take another one back out to the house, they got a couple of their employees to do it (this is not typical store policy). The guys got there and delivered the new unit. IT TOO was damaged, but not enough to where we wanted to do another swap. So the general manager gave us some cash off the price and called it good. What was most impressive to me was that I offered the two employees a tip for their efforts and they vehemently denied it, saying that it was against Costco policy and that the job there was so great and they didn't want to risk it. So - I decided to give the store a try for my weekly shopping needs. They have so many great deals on stuff...especially the bigger item things like furniture, electronics, appliances, etc. They also have really good and unique options for food/snacks and household items. We were able to get most of our needs from the store, but simple things like Hershey's syrup and Simple Orange OJ we couldn't find. The meat and produce also are not the best deals, so we will have to go elsewhere for that. The checkout line was so fast and so efficient...which is a big plus these days. Costco has been added to our weekly routine thanks to tremendous customer service. read more

It's Costco. What's not to love? Fresh meats and seafoods. Fresh bread and bakery goods. Some prices aren't cheaper but some are. Thing is if you buy an electronic no ones trying to upscale you a warranty because Costco already has a return policy that can't be touched. This is why we shop Costco. I've never ever had to return an expensive item and I wouldn't after 2-3 years. However if I bought a 2,000$ tv that blows out after 2 1/2 years then absolutely I'll be hauling it back. They can look the purchase up on the computer. They only give you what it was sold for so if it's now 3,000 the extra 1,000 is in you. Still I'm ok that they stand behind what the sell. read more

Tire shop genius left the hood unlatched on wife's suv and didn't say anything . it opened on her on the way home and when I called them he said it was hard to close and he said nothing to her left it -idiot. it closed fine for her little boy. California samples are a bit more hippy with their organic vegetable dips and various sugar free fruit juices. Staff was nice enough, lines were short, parking was big, and store was clean.
