Great jewelry which is reasonably priced for the silver pieces. I can only speak to that since I…read moredon't wear yellow gold. They're conveniently located and have the safety measure of waiting in your car/text. Additionally, when I went once when they were super busy, they began to form a line outside to minimize the amount of patrons inside the store at once. The time of day is crucial when visiting. The way the have their customer service arranged is more of a ticketing system to which they place your name on the lusts and you walk around until they call you again. They don't tell you this so it was a little off-putting when I stood there wondering what happened when I thought I was next in line. However, mostly friendly staff who are eager to get you serviced.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at James Avery. I was purchasing a charm, and…read morethe sales associate attempted to sell me one that had very noticeable rust/discoloration on it. What made the situation especially unacceptable was that the associate clearly saw there was a problem. She repeatedly tried to clean the charm, and when whatever was on it would not come off, she attempted to quickly wrap it up and complete the sale anyway. Had I not been paying attention, I could have walked out of the store with a brand-new charm that looked old and damaged. I had to stop her and specifically ask her to find another charm without the rust/discoloration. I find it very concerning that an employee would knowingly attempt to package an item in that condition rather than simply saying, "This one doesn't look right. Let me get you another one." James Avery is not inexpensive, and customers should not have to carefully inspect merchandise because an associate may knowingly sell them an item with an obvious quality issue. I ultimately received another charm, but the way the situation was handled left a very poor impression. I expected much better quality control, honesty, and customer service from a company with James Avery's reputation.
