This place buys equipment from auctions and closed businesses and say that all products have a warranty, when in reality, many manufacturers wont offer warranty to equipment bought at an auction. If your equipment breaks down, you're most likely SOL and out thousands of dollars. Employee became defensive and blocked me when I reached out to confirm if one of their bakery displays had a warranty.

The supervisor stated that they do not return small items (i.e. small purchases) We asked her where is that written because the note at the register states they allow returns within 30 days Then supervisor said that she would return but keep 25% for restocking fee I told her, now you've given two different stories in less than 5 minutes... which one is true. I offered to place the items back on the shelf (would have taken less than on minute) but she said .. .that's not what restocking fee means and then referred to large purchases (my return would have been approx. $100) I advised the supervisor that I'm not giving her $25 for nothing and left store asking her 'Is your business that desperate for money?' So at what point does anyone care about A. Being honest B. Not blatantly making up rules C. Customer service D. Overall wanting repeat business. Having committed myself to not smoking, vaping was my ultimate replacement and has serve me wonders. However, finding the supply was not an easy thing as I don't smoke the regular juice that most can easily access at the vape shop. I looked around everywhere from Dallas city to Plano and couldn't find a single place that sells the one that I want. After visiting another wholesale place and was told that I am better off ordering online, I was then referred by another employee to AVTX. My life was changed forever after that. AVTX is a small shop but has everything that you're looking for. They are a wholesale store which means if you have an wholesale license, you can pick up stuff here at a much lower price point. Staff here is extremely nice and very helpful when it comes to finding what you're looking for. I usually go and buy a large quantity at once so I don't have to do frequent visits from time to time. Also, keep in mind that they are wholesalers so they tend to run out of certain items quickly, another reason why I like to purchase large quantity at once.
