This place buys equipment from auctions and closed businesses and say that all products have a warranty, when in reality, many manufacturers wont offer warranty to equipment bought at an auction. If your equipment breaks down, you're most likely SOL and out thousands of dollars. Employee became defensive and blocked me when I reached out to confirm if one of their bakery displays had a warranty.

The supervisor stated that they do not return small items (i.e. small purchases) We asked her where is that written because the note at the register states they allow returns within 30 days Then supervisor said that she would return but keep 25% for restocking fee I told her, now you've given two different stories in less than 5 minutes... which one is true. I offered to place the items back on the shelf (would have taken less than on minute) but she said .. .that's not what restocking fee means and then referred to large purchases (my return would have been approx. $100) I advised the supervisor that I'm not giving her $25 for nothing and left store asking her 'Is your business that desperate for money?' So at what point does anyone care about A. Being honest B. Not blatantly making up rules C. Customer service D. Overall wanting repeat business.
