What is not to love about the US Foods Chef Store?…read more I had never been here before, so I was not sure what to expect. I was in the area and I asked Gemini where the closest place to where I was that I could get an ice/food scoop. It told me US Foods Chef Store was the closest place to get one, so I made the trip! I was impressed at the selection and quality of the food items here, as I made my way to the ice/food scoops. While I was impressed at the food selection, I was not as impressed. They only had two sizes in stock, one was way bigger than I needed, and the other was too small to be useful to me, so I had to go back to Gemini to go get help finding my right size scoop! I must recognize the employees on my visit. They were very friendly and super helpful!

This place buys equipment from auctions and closed businesses and say that all products have a warranty, when in reality, many manufacturers wont offer warranty to equipment bought at an auction. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves…read more We Bought the wire stand and candles to keep the catering trays warm for our group event Returned them within 24 hours The first lady laughed and referred our group member to her supervisor. The supervisor stated that they do not return small items (i.e. small purchases) We asked her where is that written because the note at the register states they allow returns within 30 days Then supervisor said that she would return but keep 25% for restocking fee I told her, now you've given two different stories in less than 5 minutes... which one is true. I offered to place the items back on the shelf (would have taken less than on minute) but she said .. .that's not what restocking fee means and then referred to large purchases (my return would have been approx. $100) I advised the supervisor that I'm not giving her $25 for nothing and left store asking her 'Is your business that desperate for money?' Best Place in the Area for Your Vape Needs I began vaping…read moreafter quitting cigarettes in June 2017. Having committed myself to not smoking, vaping was my ultimate replacement and has serve me wonders. However, finding the supply was not an easy thing as I don't smoke the regular juice that most can easily access at the vape shop. Consistency has been the key to me quitting and running into the risk of not having constant supply worries me. I looked around everywhere from Dallas city to Plano and couldn't find a single place that sells the one that I want. After visiting another wholesale place and was told that I am better off ordering online, I was then referred by another employee to AVTX. My life was changed forever after that. AVTX is a small shop but has everything that you're looking for. They are a wholesale store which means if you have an wholesale license, you can pick up stuff here at a much lower price point. Staff here is extremely nice and very helpful when it comes to finding what you're looking for. I usually go and buy a large quantity at once so I don't have to do frequent visits from time to time. Also, keep in mind that they are wholesalers so they tend to run out of certain items quickly, another reason why I like to purchase large quantity at once. The place is conveniently located off of Harry Hines around Royal Ln. If you are looking for a stable supply at a competitive pricing, you should definitely give AVTX a try!
