They were purchased by Sigma so we decided to use Sigma instead of shop. First miss. They didn't have the art for our previous wraps. So it had to be created. Despite providing detailed notes BEFORE the design team began, they missed the mark on several occasions. We had so many revisions becuase of their silly mistakes (misspelling, incorrect logo treatment, etc.). I felt I was doing the work for them. We could have reached the end product if they just read my notes. Second miss. Installation. Poor overlaps, spots peeling, and poor trim. (wrap extened onto door handles). I returned to the main location to have it fixed, and yes they trimmed. But again, I felt that I was doing their QA work. (BTW, please don't ask me if "I'm happy with it". That sounds like a cop out. YOU should be happy and proud of your product/installation. Third miss. The quality of the vynil is poor. It's paper thin and doesn't wear well. I've only had the wrap 8 weeks and their are tear spots. Very poor quality. I'm already anticipating re-wrapping within a year. Our next wrap will be done somwhere. I would try elsewhere if you're looking to have your work van/truck wrapped.

I am one of those people who could qualify as being a litmus test for a company's customer service skills as I am overly picky and ask too many questions, but Scott, to his credit, always patiently answered my questions and explained many things in detail about the process, the materials, colors, etc..., he was very easy and pleasant to talk to!! Also, I created my own logo using an online do-it-yourself logo tool but since I am not a professional I needed help changing a few things on my logo that I couldn't figure out how to change but their in-house designer Dean easily and quickly understood my requests and made the needed changes, which resulted in our sign looking EXACTLY how we hoped it would!! I called at least 10 other sign companies for quotes before finding Signsmiths and they beat everyone else's price by a country mile AND had our sign made and ready to go in a much shorter time than anyone else quoted.
