My first visit began with me calling them because the previous night I had inadvertently left a pen in my suit jacket pocket and it leaked on the fabric. Unlike another dry cleaner who spent the whole call telling me how they can't guarantee anything & how they're unsure if they can get out the stain - this cleaner told me immediately to soak the stain in water and bring it as soon as I can; he even added that if the stain doesn't come out; there will be no charge. I thought that was a nice touch as the suit has no use to me with a giant stain that can't be removed. Flash forward, they successfully removed the stain!! I was happy to pay full price (I would say they have higher than average prices here). Then, I called today to see if I could bring in like 10 dress shirts that have random stains on them - and what would be the price & if there is any discount if they can't remove the stain.....the answer was basically $5/shirt, no discount or guarantee, and kind of an explanation of how their process works. Such a stark contrast to the last experience. I may bring some of the shirts I like more here since I know at least they have some kind of strong process to remove stains - even though it may be a complete waste if they can't get the stains out; for some of the shirts it's worth it. I wish I could find a dry cleaners that would patiently explain how they try to remove the stain (for example, is it before you put it in the machine and what makes the person decide between laundering & dry cleaning if I make it staff's choice....) & bonus if they would stand behind their work if they can't remove a stain, offering some sort of discount. Alas, the search continues.....

I am extremely disappointed with their service quality. They never fulfill what they promise. At the time of order confirmation, I was shown a specific delivery timeline, but the actual delivery time was completely different. Despite the delay and poor service, they charged me the same price as a previous dress, which was very unfair. What made the experience worse is that I was forced to take the dress even though I did not clearly agree to accept it. This kind of unprofessional behavior toward a customer is unacceptable. The entire order missed the projected deadline. Only half the shirts were processed due to machine issues. We collected these shirts and waited for the rest. More machine issues kept several shirts in their possession with lots of processes of 'delivery Monday'. We were ghosted from mid-September to mid-October with no responses to multiple emails about incorrect shirts, the missing shirts and a random invoice we were sent. Finally the owner claimed to be getting involved but we heard nothing again. Then his response was the missing shirt would be 'delivered Monday'. No other status updates or comments. Nothing came on Monday. Super shocked. You can't call, it's all unreturned voicemails. Emails are sent into the void with no responses. Don't use this place.

I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed "failed to upload" when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat. Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished. When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would. The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store. When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier. When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation. For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism. After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They were…read moreextremely accommodating and squeezed in some embroidery on a hand towel for a last-minute wedding gift. They went the extra mile to make sure I got it back on time. I was able to choose the font, colors, and size of the embroidery, and they are very reasonably priced. The same project would have cost almost twice as much at a glossy embroidery store in the mall. I will definitely use them again.
