I've had an amazing experience every time I've visited! Their customer service is exceptional--always friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. As a new business owner, their support has been invaluable. They even offer free access to their heat press, which is a huge help. During my recent visit, the staff went above and beyond, helping me cut my DTF gang sheet and use the heat press with no hesitation. The staff was also incredibly kind to my two daughters. Tish even gave my younger daughter a shirt to press a design on and gifted both girls a bag and a toy. Their kindness truly made our day! The DTF prints are excellent, and the service is unmatched. Highly recommended! read more

I am extremely disappointed with their service quality. They never fulfill what they promise. At the time of order confirmation, I was shown a specific delivery timeline, but the actual delivery time was completely different. Despite the delay and poor service, they charged me the same price as a previous dress, which was very unfair. What made the experience worse is that I was forced to take the dress even though I did not clearly agree to accept it. This kind of unprofessional behavior toward a customer is unacceptable. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience. Think twice before buying any product from here read more

The ambiance of the place was inviting, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious and served promptly. As a local small business owner, DTF Dallas has been a game changer for us. The 24/7 pickup option alone is amazing, especially when you're working odd hours trying to get customer orders out. I also love that we can get large quantities of shirts without having to deal with driving on the highway to bigger warehouse suppliers. They're only minutes from our home, super convenient, and still offer the same variety you'd expect from a much larger operation. Having a reliable supplier this close has been a huge blessing. read more

I absolutely love using DFT Dallas for my clothing brand! Their gang sheet builder on the website is incredibly easy to use, and you can pack so many designs onto one roll. The best part is their same-day printing and pickup. Since they are located right here in Richardson, I can place an order in the morning and pick it up by the afternoon. The transfers peel like butter and press flawlessly onto both cotton and poly blends. Highly recommend them for any local apparel business! read more

I've been a regular at DTF Dallas and they impress me every time. Sometimes I just order the prints and use my own heat press at home, and other times I have them do the full t-shirt - both options have been great. The only tricky part can be the parking when it gets busy, but it's a minor thing. No matter if it's a single shirt or a bulk order, they always deliver quality and super fast turnaround. As a Dallas local, I really appreciate having a dependable print shop nearby. read more

Switched to DFT Dallas after dealing with late shipments and dull closers from other online direct to film suppliers, and I haven't looked back. The print quality is top tier--the colors are extremely vibrant, and the white ink layer is solid. I've shirts over 30 times and there is zero cracking or fading. Customer service is also fantastic; they actually review your artwork before printing to make sure the resolution and transparent backgrounds are correct. 10/10 experience. read more
