My first visit began with me calling them because the previous night I had inadvertently left a pen in my suit jacket pocket and it leaked on the fabric. Unlike another dry cleaner who spent the whole call telling me how they can't guarantee anything & how they're unsure if they can get out the stain - this cleaner told me immediately to soak the stain in water and bring it as soon as I can; he even added that if the stain doesn't come out; there will be no charge. I thought that was a nice touch as the suit has no use to me with a giant stain that can't be removed. Flash forward, they successfully removed the stain!! I was happy to pay full price (I would say they have higher than average prices here). Then, I called today to see if I could bring in like 10 dress shirts that have random stains on them - and what would be the price & if there is any discount if they can't remove the stain.....the answer was basically $5/shirt, no discount or guarantee, and kind of an explanation of how their process works. Such a stark contrast to the last experience. I may bring some of the shirts I like more here since I know at least they have some kind of strong process to remove stains - even though it may be a complete waste if they can't get the stains out; for some of the shirts it's worth it. I wish I could find a dry cleaners that would patiently explain how they try to remove the stain (for example, is it before you put it in the machine and what makes the person decide between laundering & dry cleaning if I make it staff's choice....) & bonus if they would stand behind their work if they can't remove a stain, offering some sort of discount. Alas, the search continues.....

The lettering was extremely small (about the width of a finger), and the number placement was the size of my palm, positioned high on the shoulder blades and much smaller than expected. This was especially frustrating because the jacket already had existing custom elements. When my mom tried to take a photo of the jacket to document the issue, the owner snatched it out of her hands. The situation escalated to the point where she had to call the police, and a report was filed. The owner also refused to cooperate, stating he was closing and would not wait to resolve the issue with police. There were also multiple issues prior to pickup. The price changed three different times even though my order never changed. The owner later admitted he did not have the correct size for the lettering but proceeded anyway, which resulted in a ruined jacket. Eventually, I was reimbursed for the jacket only, not including prior customizatioafter an hour , but only after significant back-and-forth. Overall, while the stitching quality may be decent for smaller items like purses, t-shirts, or pillows, this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I would not recommend this business for more detailed or important custom work.

Any question I would ask her, the answers were as if she did not want to help me. I know we are a small company and I may not be ordering a million dollars worth of product. But I still am a customer and I going to pay for any service. I ended up getting my order placed and I have kept my cool long enough. Kathy said it would take 2 weeks. We are I. Week 4, I called to check on product as she never called. They already charged me mind you, and she said I never approved the logo so that's why it's not complete. I have email proof that I replied and approved the logo with in the hour of them asking if I like and approve the logo. Now she says it will take another 2 weeks. Very disappointed. I paid them to create a pdf of my logo. Either I keep doing business with Kathy and her bad attitude or I go elsewhere and pay again for pdf on my logo. Oh well. Just venting I guess!!

I called back, tried to speak to the husband who wasn't there at the time so spoke to Alice. I told her I had brought about 20 of these bags to the previous owners of the store and never had any sloppy issues like this. She said "well sounds like you're not happy with our monogramming services so you should find somewhere else to go" and hung up on me! Terrible monogramming and worse customer service!
