Upon looking at the jacket she suggested that I leave the jacket & she would remove the lettering that were coming off & suggested a few options on the color of thread to match the border. And she'd email me sample of the pattern proof prior to embroidering right on to the jacket. They're a great bunch of skilled people that care & devote to their customer's needs. As a side note: I called & sent pictures of my problem to Burberry Customer Service- they appreciated my back story but, offered & did nothing for me. They weren't even willing to reimburse me if I took matters to repair my jacket. Truth be told, Vonda & her staff solved my problem & they were a blessing thru this whole ordeal! My pics will prove it. This little establishment brings new life to my otherwise useless waste of time with the "high end" UK brand?!
