I am a designer and I do the majority of my projects abroad, however, I wanted to try someone close by for a small project. Gray Wolf Promotions is the first local company I've used for screenprinting. Before I found them I was not impressed with Bedford printing services. Immediately after speaking with the receptionist I knew I was dealing with professionals. They have screenprint colors coming out the WALLS, an impressive variety of things to screen print on, and all kinds of other cool techniques they can do like glow in the dark and fairy dust!!! I can't wait to do more projects with them. Not to mention the staff is so awesome I just want to invite them all over for the holidays!!! I have had the same embroiderer for awhile now, but I wanted to switch to someone closer to my home. I did find and used one, but I found Gray Wolf, with great reviews. I must admit, I was disappointed in the service and end product. I went in on Friday with image of what I wanted and was told a manager would contact me on Monday to review details. I had to call back on Tuesday to ask if they received it, had questions, and the cost as it was never reviewed with me. I was shocked to find out the price of a bib and T-shirt to be done, especially compared to two other shops I frequently visit. I then received multiple questions on Thursday, as if it wasn't started at all (needed by Friday). The end product was slightly crooked on my sons first birthday T-shirt. He is so little and moves so much it is not noticeable while wearing, but I did notice. This was just my experience, but it was my first and only experience with them. I chose this place to avoid paying a rush order on the product that I found on Etsy, but in the end, paying that would have been less expensive. read more
