While they have self-print services, we went to the full print services counter to get expert advice for our project. The employee offered several suggestions and great ideas that we decided to incorporate into our project. As I was leaving I looked around and was very impressed at everything you can do here. They literally have workstations and free Wi-Fi so you can work right there. They have a wide variety of point of purchase products for presentations, posters, banners, flags, business cards, table tents and more. This is definitely a one-stop kind of store for business needs!

Last time I used UPS Air Cargo was maybe 4 years ago - they missed the delivery date then. Thought maybe they'd cleaned up their act, and I'd try them again now. We gave them the freight on a Sunday in China - it sat at the airport for two days before leaving for Narita, where it sat another two days before heading to Anchorage. It is now (supposedly) heading to Louisville, where it (supposedly) will get on a truck to Chicago. If it shows up Friday afternoon at their ORD terminal, I will be shocked - as will the phone agents I spoke with, who seem to expect UPS to miss their expected delivery dates - it's been happening "a lot" lately, apparently. A 3-4 day transit (when they sold the shipment) is turning into a 5-7 day transit. Worst part about it was I moved the shipment from another airline because the customer said they needed them sooner.
