This store is my "go to" store for mailing my packages and getting things notarized. You could go to the post office and wait in line, but why bother when you can come here, for super fast service.

Located on the first floor right in the middle of the convention center for easy access. With a full staff on hand to help all customers in a timely matter. One of my co workers forgot their business cards, when I explained my predicament and rush they had new ones printed in one hour that looked amazing. I also needed new 120 new booklets printed out for a added presentation. They also took on this project and had it completed earlier then expected. I loved how they always maintained contact with me, texting me with updates on my order status or any questions that came up. Overall this is a great addition to help with printing and shipping services for resort guests, especially ones here for work in the convention center. I really appreciate all their hard work and professionalism. They definitely made my job a lot easier.

Last time I used UPS Air Cargo was maybe 4 years ago - they missed the delivery date then. Thought maybe they'd cleaned up their act, and I'd try them again now. We gave them the freight on a Sunday in China - it sat at the airport for two days before leaving for Narita, where it sat another two days before heading to Anchorage. It is now (supposedly) heading to Louisville, where it (supposedly) will get on a truck to Chicago. If it shows up Friday afternoon at their ORD terminal, I will be shocked - as will the phone agents I spoke with, who seem to expect UPS to miss their expected delivery dates - it's been happening "a lot" lately, apparently. A 3-4 day transit (when they sold the shipment) is turning into a 5-7 day transit. Worst part about it was I moved the shipment from another airline because the customer said they needed them sooner.
