He listened as I shared concerns about a previous mis delivery by another carrier and he assured me FedEx would deliver this package correctly. I went into this office and asked them to help me do some printing, and faxing. 1) The gentleman tonight did not tell me that I would not automatically get a receipt for my fax. So I do not whether it went through or not - to Chase Bank 2) The gentleman made a copy at my request to be in color instead he did in black and white 3) One of the women working there was very rude when I raised questions about their performance- in regards to the fax- 1) I faxed and at the end of the fax, it was rejected- I was not given instructions to verify what happened. 4) I faxed again and (it might have gone through) but the staff failed to tell me that I had to request proof -The gentleman did not bother to help me to get proof of the fax going through. He instead he blamed me and said it was up to me to know how to get a receipt. When asked about it again, they said it was not up to them to help me. I've been going to this fedex office for years, so it makes me disappointed to write this negative review. I went to this location last week to mail an important document to Hungary. The rude and unfriendly young male clerk didn't even greet me in a kind or warm manner. But even worse, he was unable to send my document since he said there were too many lines on the address label. Here for a Passport picture only! $15.00 Really! I had Passport pictures taken at a different location but didn't like how I looked. I am so vain ok I said it. But you have a Passport for 10 years and I want to like my picture. Boom! The staff here are friendly and helpful. In fact they retook my picture because my hair was on my shoulders. The guy told me that they want to see the girth of your shoulders and if you show up with a picture with your shoulders covered it will get rejected. Also, no smiling and no glasses. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and paid $56 for a standard overnight delivery to McAllen. The next day I checked tracking to see if it arrived. The box was sent to Memphis and showed a Monday delivery. I went back to this office to request a refund since I should only have paid $16 for a routine delivery. No one at the counters was interested in helping me. The next morning I called the service phone number, waited a while and eventually got to a billing rep. That guy told me I had to call back tomorrow after 9am and gave me a direct number to the billing office. The next day I called the number. It was a direct line to a telemarketer wanting me to buy a emergency notification device in case I fall and can't get up. Now I was outraged and called the main number. I got to a rep who took my number and said a manager would be calling me within an hour. Of course that never happened. Maybe I'm dense, but I've figured out that FedEx doesn't understand what good integrity is about. I'll try UPS next time. After another 90mibutes on the phone, a FedEx rep told us they aren't offering overnight delivery guarantee. Yet they charge for the service and don't tell tell their customers that overnight probably won't happen! Wow - am I the only one who finds this ethically challenged?! read more

DON't GO HERE if you are black, walked in to just get a shipping label printed and did not get no help at all. Come here all the time for my clothing business but I will not anymore. I was at the printer needing help when a FedEx older lady asked two older white mam if they needed any help but fail to ask me if I needed any help. I shrugged it off and walked to the front to see if I could get any help and the same lady said she was busy ( which she wasn't just walking around) and when a another white customer walked in she helped him. I've utilized this location for many years & have always had excellent service. Today I was stuck in horrendous traffic and a little panicked about making the latest Express pick up. I called and Katy let me know about the airport location - so I was able to relax a little knowing I couldn't possibly be stuck in traffic for another 3 hours.... Called back after 2 hours in traffic and Katy ever so kindly offered to send me the address so I could "drive safe". She sent me the address, a map and a note to have a wonderful evening. Over the top GREAT service! Had a large job for a conference--tripod banners, posters, and printed handouts. Sent the files and went in to look at paper options. Picked up my order 3 days later and noticed that some of my posters were missing. Got that sent over and picked those up, then learned that our graphics team had used an old logo for a sponsor. This was on a Friday--and I needed everything by Sunday morning. I sent the files to reprint the posters and handouts--and 3 hours later, they called and told me that they were complete. Sam said that they all pulled together so that I wouldn't have to pick up on Saturday because he knew that I was stressed about reprinting at the last minute. I guess she just got to work or from lunch - hence no one was helping me she signed in on the computer (still with her jacket on) and assisted me. Stopped in before my lunch to beat the rush. Had to ship some luggage that needed repair. Stuart trimmed my moving box down and saved me about $10 in shipping. Stuart had me double check the shipping address, which was great. I know the cost of shipping is expensive to California, but I don't feel I paid too much because of his service. Additionally I watched other employees go out of there way to assist others who were waiting in line. Definitely ship here again! read more

Horrible service I went in at 9pm 2 hours before closing. The guy with pony tail did everything possible not to help me. He was more concerned with talking to other coworker about root canals. I was the only customer in the store I had a pre printed label I ask find could insure package he said no not with this label. I said ok then can we print a new label and insure he said for how much I said 7k he said that is not possible. Which is funny because only last month I sent a similar package which I packaged my self for 10k$. I left and sent from my office with insurance no issues. Way to go kinko's ur future is about as bright as U.S. Postal. Kinkos will never again see any revenue from my company. read more
