The UPS Store offers many different services including post office boxes, printing, stamps for sell, small assortment of office supplies, shipping and packaging along with notary services. The parking is somewhat difficult as there are lots of businesses in this shopping strip and not that others have stated that they start closing 15 minutes before posted closing times so don't wait until the last minute to ship your packages. Overall the employees are friendly and efficient as they move quickly to support your transactions. For shipping and packaging needs I suggest you give them your business.

How hard it is to say hi and welcome your customer. No response. She didn't even look up from her computer. Had my return and asked her if I could use shredder. $1/ lbs she said. I didn't have my wallet with me since no other UPS store ever wanted to charge me before for shredding. I was gonna get my wallet from my car. But I changed my mind. Even documents I wanted to shred wouldn't cost me more than couple of bucks I refuse to give it to this store. If she is the owner she needs to learn how to treat customers. They fixed it, printed it while we were there and got it all out to us. We then shipped 9 packages and the second associate we worked with was very patient. He also gave us a tip on downloading Staples Connect app, which saved us a fair amount. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. It's a stressful season for them but they are handling it like absolute professionals.

On March 27, 2026, at approximately 9:00 AM, I went to Staples to purchase a clearance office…read morechair. What should have been a simple in-and-out transaction turned into one of the most aggressive, uncomfortable retail experiences I've had in a long time. While waiting in line, I watched the sales associate essentially badger the customer ahead of me about an "extended protection plan." This wasn't a quick offer--it was a drawn-out, repetitive pitch that continued even after the customer said "no" multiple times. It was obvious the associate had no intention of taking no for an answer. Then it was my turn--and the exact same script started again. I declined the protection plan immediately. That should have been the end of it. Instead, the associate kept pushing, repeating the same talking points over and over as if ignoring a clear refusal was part of the sales strategy. At that point, it stopped feeling like a retail interaction and started feeling like straight-up harassment. Let's be clear: the chair I purchased already includes a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty (Sharper Image). Trying to stack an additional $80 "protection plan" on top of that is, at best, unnecessary--and at worst, predatory toward customers who don't know any better. This isn't "good salesmanship." This is pressure-driven upselling that ignores basic customer boundaries. Management needs to take a hard look at what's happening at the register here. If this is how employees are trained to operate, it's a serious problem. Avoid this location if you don't want to be pressured, ignored when you say no, and treated like a sales target instead of a customer.
