Friendly. Fast. CONVENIENT! I don't even bother with the USPS around the corner anymore. At USPS post office, there is always some issue/problem and the employees can offer no resolution. Most recently, I waited in line 15 minutes at USPS to be told that bc package didn't have clear tape it couldn't be sent and no they don't have clear tape. So I headed around the corner to (walking distance!) mail & copy and literally just handed them the package. Done. The people here are kind and friendly and want to be helpful. They also sell cute merchandise among other useful items. They also do FedEx etc.... Just come here. Save time. And you avoid grumpy post office employees! read more

Mark and Jean run a "mom & pop" store - yes you could go to Fedex Kinkos or the UPS store on the other side of Town Square, but if you patronize this place, I guarantee you will be treated better. I have shown up here with a bunch of things that needed to be mailed - no boxes or wrapping stuff - and they totally took care of it. They offer shipping by different carriers, so you can weigh your options for what would be cheaper versus when it "absolutely, positively, must-be there overnight". They also offer a nice assortment of other items - greeting cards, tchotchkes and stuff. I stock up because you never know when you might need that last minute card or gift. read more

Mark and Jean and their expertly trained staff are definitely a very well run shop. Their attitudes are not poor as one other reviewer claims. I've now dealt with them numerous times and their service has been above and beyond expectations. Sure, they get busy...it's a busy location. But have a bit of respect and decency and they treat you like royalty. Seems fairly obvious that the one-star review was posted by someone with an attitude; probably mad at the world. Based on my experiences they've given 5-star service every time...even in some difficult shipping instances that required some extra work on their part. read more

I just ran in here this am with a FedEX overnight package to drop off and asked if I could possibly get a receipt that I dropped it off. The guy said they don't do that and asked if I took a picture with my phone. Hmmm?? That is not proof that I dropped my package off and that it was scanned into the FedEx system. He gave me a look like he was so bothered by my request. He seriously couldn't take 30 seconds to scan my package. Terrible service, terrible owners. I was shocked to hear the tone in which I was spoken to after a long wait in line. This place is not worth anyone's time. At one point the owner actually said to me, "I'm the owner and we will not help you." All I wanted was a simple passport picture, but she was unwilling to help me because she did not know enough about the picture. read more
