Joe Yoo is a one-man operation who handles everything personally and impeccably... Whenever I would get a time sensitive, or important mail or package... he would give me a personal call to notify me... It was amazing how he was always on top of everything... When everything in my business demanded my attention to the point that I felt like I was drowning, it was so such a relief for me to know that this was one department that I did not have to worry about... I've always wondered how he handled everything so well just by himself, but he never skipped a beat... and this meant that everything in my business was timely -- from the proper filing and maintaining of licenses to handling customer refunds and returns.. Ever always so cheerful and upbeat, he made an otherwise dreadful errand a lovely and welcoming experience.. I will start off with I enjoy going to postal stores as much as I enjoy running half marathons (which by the way is 0%) However, the owner Joe is by far the nicest, happiest, and the most generally positive guy I have met in months. Service: 4 Stars I did not get Joe this time, I was helped by his lovely wife, she was incredibly knowledgeable​ and friendly. In and out in about 3 minutes. Which is a major bummer because you feel like you might get asked to their Christmas​ party if you could stretch a visit to this store past the 5-minute​ mark. It is a shame they are so quick haha! Staff: 4 Stars Once again, the most personable people in the world. You feel like you are talking to a long-lost​ childhood​ friend you haven't​ seen in years. They do a great job and make it easy. Atmosphere: 4 stars While it is a postal store, which can be a bit meh, the owner Joe has spiced up the place with an EXTENSIVE collection of star wars memorabilia​ which just adds to the whole experience​ of your visit. Price/Value: 3 Stars Pretty standard pricing as most offices go. I will probably never go to another postal store so long as I am in Southlake. In fact, ​I live in Dallas and purposely brought mail from home just so I could visit these lovely people. I have been all over town searching for banks that could fill out a notary for me. Most banks required to be their client and offered me to sign up. After 2 hours from bank to bank, someone referred me to Eagle Postal Center. I just so happened to be across the street and came as quick as I could. Joseph was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the store. He helped me right away, and made the process quick and easy! We had a great experience. We went in for notary service which was quickly taken care of and then realized they can also makes keys. It was also quickly taken care of and when we got home to try it out, it works as well as the original. As we looked around, we saw several other things that they can help us out with in the future so we'll be back and I'm sure we'll receive great service again. Joe is awesome. read more

I had a few different types of items to take care of. I needed a box for a package to be sent priority mail, I needed to have a document notarized and sent regular mail, I needed to over night a package via FedEx or UPS and buy some stamps. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 young babies and its not easy for me to get a lot of things done in one outing, but I was able to get all of these things done in one place with the kiddos. The store had toys for the kids to play with and keep them occupied so I can focus on shipping the different items out correctly. It was so helpful. The owner Joe was also very helpful and quick. At first I thought Joe and his business were stand up, until I was advised that they had placed restrictions on my packages which did not allow me, the paying customer, the ability to make any changes. This was over the holiday and I am fully aware that this season there were delays with all carriers. My package did not make it to the destination on the estimated arrival time and we had a small window in which to ensure the packages were delivered to the children they were sent to. When I called the carrier I was advised that if the "sender" had not placed restrictions on the package I would be able to route them to a new address for $5.00 per package online. I called Joe where I was told that it would cost me $25.00-$40.00 a package routed, and in true form he said that it would be the carrier charging this fee. I have to ask how that is possible since he is the one the put the restrictions on the packages? Go straight to the carrier's if you are reading this review and stay away from Eagle Postal Center owners Joe Yoo & Shin Young Yoo Sound like a company you want to do business with?? Joe, the owner is awesome and is really what makes this store the best mail center around. He emails you whenever you have a package, is always there to greet you by name, helps carry packages out to your car, say "God bless you!" As you leave. Kids love it there too. Lots of toys in case mom needs a few minutes to get a parcel ready. Joe's store displays an incredibly awesome collection of Star Wars Storm Troopers memerobelia that would even make the cast of The Big Bang Theory green with envy if they saw it. I had an old self-inking stamp ware out that I brought in because I knew he sold replacements but to my surprise he offered to refill the ink in the stamp for free rather than trying to sell me a new one like it's always been before with other stores. The store also offers you a nice "Southlake Blvd" address for your mail. I like it because it's easy to spell over the phone or write when you're giving your address to someone and it's a recognizable address that I'm sure is good for business people as well. They give you 24-hr access to your box with a coded front door for after hours. Once we received a FedEx box that was damaged. Joe noticed it and took the necessary action to make sure FedEx was aware it arrived damaged. Luckily the contents were OK but just another example of how well this business is run. read more
