A bit pricey but wonderful service. My go to for mailing packages!! Minimal personnel turnover.

Pack N Mail, a super easy place to drop off your FedEX and UPS packages. The guys who work here are very easy to work with and knowledgeable in sending packages. You can also buy boxes and it looks like you can rent a mailbox here if you are into that sort of thing. The hours are nice, the store is clean. I mean what else can you ask for and write about. The last time I was here was to get some stuff notarized. Which they do for $6 which is the perfect price for me. The process was super quick and easy and not a hassle. This store is my "go to" store for mailing my packages and getting things notarized. You could go to the post office and wait in line, but why bother when you can come here, for super fast service. read more

I have used this establishment for years without any problems. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have used their faxing service many times. But- in late January I went into their establishment specifically to solve a problem. I brought in a returned Christmas card for my grandson. I had mailed it with insufficient postage so the card was returned to me. I showed it to them and said let's re-mail it in this manila envelope along with a Valentine card. The male clerk weighed the manila envelope that now held a returned Christmas card and a Valentine card. I paid the quoted postage and he took the envelope to mail to an address in West Texas. Yesterday, the manila envelope was returned to me because of insufficient postage. I'm not happy. I no longer have the receipt so I can't tell you who the clerk was. I went back to the store with my returned package and asked if we could re-weigh this manila envelope and see if I was quoted the wrong price for the package. The male clerk said, well it looks like it should've been $.30 more. Huh? I then took my opened, returned manila envelope to the post office. The employee there said, "Oh, you took it to a non-United States, Postal Service location, and had a problem. That's not surprising." He reweighed the package and said if you add up the postage that that business charged you plus the insufficient postage amount that is written on your envelope, you would have the correct price for this piece of mail. As is handwritten on this envelope in red ink, you were short $3.93. I will not re-mail this envelope. I will hand-deliver it, and it will be late. Obviously, there is an employee at this establishment who is not up to par with the rest of the staff. I was planning on mailing some other things in the near future from this establishment because it is in a good location for easy mailing. I will have to rethink whether I will use this place of business in the future. My past experiences were wonderful and flawless. But this is a big error and to go back in and have them quote another incorrect price concerns me. read more

Excellent service for over three years. Came yesterday at 6:02. They close at 6:00. Too bad! I won't go back. They don't care.

I sent a letter with a Business check payment to Another Company with Priority Mail and the USPS lost it because they did not scan that they picked up from this Location. Sincer Pack N Mail has "big sign in the lobby" that they are not responsible for lost items." The owner said he could not do anything because the USPS is terrible. However, the USPS said they did not scan the item because they did not have a sheet with a list of all the day's items- all this to say I am stuck in the middle having to get a stop payment on these checks because "they are not responsible". SO NOT WORTH the 15 min I "Saved" by not going to the in to actual Post Office and waiting in the line and then USPS would have HAD to found it in their internal systems... read more

I go here many times a year to ship things and buy stamps. The store is clean and well organized. The guy behind the counter has been there a while and he is very helpful. They also put coupons out in the door hangy coupon thing. You always get a smile and they have a huge pump bottle of hand sanitizer, very cutting edge as the bottle was there way before the swine flu outbreak. read more

This is the only Place I go to mail anything. I love the fact that customer Service is stellar, fast and professional, You are greeted when You walk into the shop. Waited on with a smile and always thanked for coming in. This shop is "The Alternative" if you don't want to spend time in line at the USPS. Ali is great he always is always very friendly. The store is clean and well organized. They offer a variety of services similar to a Ups store or a very small FedEx Office. I know I can get here by 5 pm and I am guaranteed I can get my packages out on time. I love coming here and wish I always worked in the area more then I do at times. Amazing customer service - Very happy with how everything turned out. My situation was very complicated and had to set up an appointment for a client of mine who was flying in from outside the country to get things notarized in a state close to him. Even with me being out of state Ali Merchant went out of his way to make sure he can accomodate my client flying in and driving to his location.
