I spoke with Paul on several occasions regarding specifics of what I was looking for and while he would have been able to produce what I was looking for, he recommended a local iron works company that he felt could provide me with more options at a slightly lower price. Paul was personable, professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably generous in sharing another vendor as an option - that doesn't happen these days! I didn't negotiate the price, as I just needed the job completed promptly. I was promised that it would be finished within the week, but after a week passed, there was no progress. I reached out multiple times, but each time I received a different excuse for the delays. The job was finally completed on 3/30/26. Fast forward to less than a month later, on 4/20/26, and the window graphics are already peeling. The slow service and poor quality of work have left me very dissatisfied.
