I had some business cards printed at Little Giant Printers. The customer service was personable and informative. I am so glad I decided to go with a local printer where I was able to get a physical proof of the cards I was getting. Last time I got business cards I did it on line through Vista Print and they didn't quite turn out as I expected. Also, Little Giant Printers had a ton more design options to choose from. I went here for the first time today. Didn't know what to expect, but once I went in, they greeted me with a warm smile, offered me coffee and water. They seemed like genuinely nice people and responsible who care about their customers. I don't know the names, but the man who printed my documents did an excellent job and made sure I had everything I needed, including envelopes. The big, known places would've never done that. I found myself without a page I needed to complete a sale. The gentlemen running the place when I walked in quickly googled the form I needed and printed it out, handing it over free of charge. I have grown unaccustomed to this type of service in the public sector anymore. I expressed my appreciation and insisted I pay. He asked I only share the story here. Take my advice or don't: You cannot duplicate a good business with size, convenience or cheap bulk prices. Life is short! Stopped in for a quote on some business cards. It's been over a week. I called twice. Both times I was told I should have already been quoted. They lied to me about calling once and leaving a message. My cards read "make your home great again". Maybe a bad choice but it was my choice. Not knowing why I am being ignored all I can figure is they don't like my slogan. Maybe they are un-American and support destruction of America. read more
