I called yesterday to see if they would be sending me confirmation and was told that it was being delivered today. I called today to see where they were sending the confirmation only to be told that I was going to be there Thursday morning, which is not enough time for me to get the shirt from the school to my kiddo. Mind you, I told them that I would need the replacement BEFORE Thursday. They have had no sense of urgency to correct their issue and besides the receptionist who I've spoken to numerous times, they do not seem to be apologetic at all about the situation. Now my kiddo won't have his shirt for his last kindergarten function because I just got fed up with the everything and asked for a refund. Because who knows if that shirt would have gotten there Thursday or not.

I did not receive anything until April 19th, over 2 months later, after multiple attempts to follow up and just got ignored. Not only was the job completed significantly later than what I was told it would be, I received an incomplete delivery (I ordered 250 cards and received only 50). I immediately sent an email to to the team regarding this and was told it would be resolved immediately and that a new shipment would be fulfilled within a couple days. A couple days turned into a week, a week turned into a couple weeks, and after sending 5 emails to simply check-in on what is going on, I have learned that like many who have worked with Cotton Paperie, they just ghost you and leave you hanging. I've filed a chargeback with my bank and warn anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere. It's a shame businesses who operate this unprofessionally are still operational.
