John of Keller embroidery and printing has no idea what it's like to run a business. We ordered business cards from him and the first order was done very well. The second order was nowhere near the quality of the first order. We brought it to their attention they told us they would take care of it and since then have not returned calls or there has been no communication whatsoever. Once I was able to speak with John he basically told me there was nothing he could do. Don't waste your money and time and energy on this company whatsoever. read more

Jon Paul's Print Shop is local to me and Jon Paul and his staff are very friendly. His prices, in comparison to Kinko's/Fed Ex, are very reasonable! He does quality work in both large order printing and individual copying or printing. A huge bonus - He has a PC available in his shop for customers to use. When I went up there today to make a few quick copies, he did not even charge for computer use. read more

Initially went to Staples to get some manual printed. I wasn't even acknowledged by a Staples' employee, which sent me to Yelp to find a close printer and viola!....Jon Paul's popped up. I went over and handed him my thumb drive, he gave me a price and they were 600 pg manuals that were bound and ready for pick up the next morning. And cheaper than Staples. IF YOU AREN'T A BIG CUSTOMER WITH A LOT OF ORDERS YOU MEAN NOTHING TO JON PAUL I'm deeply saddened to write this review. For the past few years I have used Jon Paul's print shop for all my printing needs for both of my small companies that my wife and I own and the church that we serve at. I've also sent numerous friends to this shop to get things printed for their businesses. Over the past month or so I have called several times trying to get things resolved. I tried setting up my graphic designer who I hired to rebrand one of my companies with Jon Pauls staff. 3 weeks after sending in the new logo and countless ensues/calls I eventually took time out of my day to go into Jon Paul's personally to see what was going on. Surprisingly, they hadn't even opened the email. Took a breathe, asked them to please get me a sample to see how it would look, and waited for the phone call. A few days later I got the call that the sample was ready. Ordered the 2 shirts, 3 hats, and the 30 signs. Everything came out decent but I paid around $600 total for all of this including the cost of the digital graphic uploading. I was told I'd be getting a receipt via email so I waited for nearly 2 weeks. I called several times over the two weeks but nobody would answer the phone. I never received the receipt. Fast forward to today and this is where it gets saddening. I walked into Jon Paul's and Jon Paul himself greeted me. He asked if I was picking something up or ordering something. I jokingly asked "Hey man, are your phones broke? I've been calling you for weeks!" His response? "Look, I can't afford to have someone sit here and answer the phones. If you need to get ahold of us you can email me. It's not like your a big client where I need to be at your beckon call. Do you see those boxes back there? That's an order for 1500 units. That's who I answer my phones for." He even went on to say "If you can't email us the information, you (pointing at my chest) not your graphic designer, I don't want your business." I then proceeded to pull out my phone and show him an email from weeks ago where I had requested that my print shop work directly with my graphic designer whom I hired to do all my graphics and I ask "So if you want emails but won't answer my email, and I call to follow up but you won't answer my call, what am I supposed to do?" He responded with "This is how I run my f*ing business and you aren't going to tell me what to do." I requested for him to give me a refund or partial refund for the graphic uploading since they only printed literally 2 shirts and 3 hats from it and he laughed and said "No way, I'm not doing that." I was appalled. I walked in to get my previous two receipts from my last two orders and had planned on ordering 5 hats and 10 shirts. I understand being busy. I understand being understaffed and the pains of growing a business, however, I do not understand how an owner of a company can yell and cuss at a paying customer (loyal paying customer with 3 accounts). Jon Paul even gave me a card for another shop down the street saying he's referring people to them. So if you a small business owner, don't use this shop. Clearly he only cares about his big customers. I will never step foot into this shop again or suggest anyone to do any business here. It seems that I'm not the only small business owner that has gotten this treatment from Jon Paul, just take a look at the other reviews he has on here. read more

We have been using this print shop for a long time for our small business needs. As the shop has grown, however, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. Jon Paul was great to deal with; his front office help is not. They have messed up our past few orders and been rude or dismissive about their mistakes. This last time they completely forgot to make our order and then were upset when we asked them to do it. Yes, that meant that they had to get someone in to do it after hours but they forgot it in the first place. When I went to pick it up they never apologized for the mistake or tried in any form or fashion to make sure I will come back. I probably won't. We have been making special trips way out of our way to keep giving Jon Paul our business; there are so many places out there that are closer to us that we'll use one of them in the future. I'm truly sorry to do this to another small business but I can't afford the stress of having to keep checking on the progress of my orders. I need to be able to trust that it'll get done. read more

As a small business owner myself, I certainly understand the woes of owning and operating a store and all of the stress and complications that come with the territory. That being said, this was the absolute worst experience I've ever faced with a local small business or any business owner for that matter. I was appalled to have had a conversation with the owner that lead to him actually yelling at me (a paying customer) over the phone, threatening to cancel my order, and even hanging up on me while I was explaining the circumstances of my order. After being yelled at, hung up on, and being generally disrespected, I can without a doubt say I will never support or purchase from this business again. Sadly, I've done business with this company for 6 years and this last experience will be the last. I would seriously re-consider working with this vendor as the professionalism, quality, and, customer service are all 1 star or less. read more

This place was rude to me, I had problems with their quality prints. They needed to change the ink in a machine and Jon told me it was the new paper, sorry bout that but I have over 25 years experience in the industry JON. Plus i did a run of 5,000 8.5 x 5.5 flyers on matte card stock paper and had to throw away the entire order, because they came back very dark and looked like crap. They over charged me. I just got the same quote on 5,000 on matte card stock 8.5 x 5.5 $350.00 Jon was 600.00 or something. NEVER WILL I GO BACK THEY LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. Came in once and the service was just okay. It took well over 3 hours to print 700 pages. My HUGE disappointment comes from my last visit. I uploaded AND emailed them a big file that was very very important. I told them I needed it done within 5 days and they told me they would get it done. 5 days later I call and they haven't printed ANYTHING and to top it off they tell me they can't get it done for another day. I explained to Jon Paul how important this was and he couldn't have cared less. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I have used this print shop in the past and the service was decent. I recently went back to them and the customer service was terrible. There seems to be a lack of communication among workers and none of the staff I encountered was helpful. They seems to not care about customer service and maintaining business. This is the second time we have used Jon Paul's Print shop and it will for sure be the last. The first time we ordered business cards and the quality they provided was sub par at best, they were thin flimsy card stock (more of a heavy weight paper), over half of them were completely unusable as they were cut crooked and had white edging showing where it should not have been. We decided to give them another try (mainly out of convenience of location). We had several pages printed on glossy paper. After we got home with them we discovered that they had been stacked on each other while the ink was still wet and the text print had rubbed off on all but the top page. We called and told them we would need them reprinted and they said "so I guess not on glossy paper?!"-I would have assumed they knew what paper quality would have been best considering that is their business. When we went back to get them the lady working only handed me half the prints and I noticed the other half and got them myself, upon inspection these had the same issue on a couple of prints. The response for the quality of printing was "we are super busy and sorry if I just stuck them in the bag and didn't check them all!" Not only do the employees lack basic customer service skills, the quality of "completed" work should be an embarrassment to a company whose specialty is printing. read more

The good news: They are Flexible to let you e-mail your documents so they can print them for you. They created binders for court transcripts that are pristine. They take short notice assignments and can print business cards if you only need about 30, in only a few minutes (especially if you have your sample with you).They will even save your documents you e-mail to them if you ask them to. They will let you use the restroom. Nice. The Bad news: VERY pretty but SUPER slow young lady working in the office with the owner. They staple documents in the top RIGHT hand corner, then take about 10 minutes to print out new docs' with a staple in the Left corner (where staples normally go). Three of their 4 or 5 staplers don't work. The young lady who saves your documents will work at a pretty slow pace moving one over at a time. Someone should tell her about the control button. (and control A). I am always on a time crunch when I stop by. I will drop something off with my business card and go back a day or two later to pick it up. Yesterday I needed my documents that I had dropped of several days ago. They were all looking good except for the unusual staple placement. (sorry, but I can't have a sloppy document- with staple holes showing a staple was removed. I am a business woman utilizing the talents of a local business to keep MY business going). I needed additional marketing material printed, so I emailed it to them while I was there. The pretty lady NEVER even opened the new e-mail; she was taking so long to move my docs from the previous e-mail one-at-a-time. I will just have to print from home or find another company. When I voiced my concern the owners' solution was to give me my 1st set of documents free and invited me to use another company for the rest of my work order. read more
