I was straight up when I called in an order. I didn't even know where to begin. The extent of my knowledge were the dimensions of my postcard. Their salesmen are so attentive, polite, and easy to work with. I received a phone call and email first thing. What's even better is the turn around pace. No Joke - I authorized the copy on a Monday and picked them up on a Tuesday. The best part was visiting the press, by far. Their office is a twilight zone. The linoleum wood paneled walls, the mid-century furniture (in a non-hipster environment), their wall stacked with paper files of all their impressive clients just makes you appreciative of loyal customer service. I can imagine they've had dedicated clients for years and years, because of their old-fashioned, bad ass, mad-men way of handling business - straight-up, simple, strong product and customer relations.

After checking vista print, fedex, and kinkos, I also checked Caddy from a referral. Caddy was the most efficient, cost effective, and also provided a better quality work sample than all of the chain printing stores. Amber the Office manager was great as well. She informed along each step of the process including Draft approval, Printing, and Courier Delivery Times. She was able to provide me a payment link for services. While I had a 72 hr deadline they were able to create from scratch in 48 hrs! Amber, Amit and the production team at Caddy Printing are a great team - and I see now why they have been the business for over 20 Yrs! They will get all my printing business and my upcoming wedding!

It's a shame that I've only discovered Bird years after I have already graduated from UTA. The only thing I have gotten done here is print jobs, and they're super cheap! Instead of paying per minute fee at Fedex or UPS to use their computer to print stuff out, here you can send your files to info@birdscopies.com for them to print at no additional charge. I don't go here often enough to really remember the different pricing. The instant quote function on their website does seem much higher than how much it really costs if you go in person. My last time here (this week) I came in for a 1 page black and white print. The person (possibly the owner) who attended me was super nice to print it out free of charge. It is only right that I help spread the words on their amazing customer service and products.

For many years, I had a dear friend in Chicago who handled all of my printing. He would print everything, and then I would either install the decals myself or hire someone locally to do it. Sadly, my dear friend passed away two years ago, and over the last year I've been searching for a company in the DFW area that I could truly trust. This time, I decided I wasn't going to install the graphics myself. I just purchased a new 26-foot box truck and wanted it fully wrapped with my company branding, logo, and website. I sent Robert my logo along with photos of one of my other trucks, and he assured me they would do a great job. I trusted him--and I'm so glad I did. The results exceeded my expectations. Robert and his team did an absolutely amazing job. I also want to recognize the gentleman who worked alongside him--I'm so sorry I forgot his name, but I'll be sure to ask tomorrow since they're still working on another one of my trucks. Today I picked up the first truck, and I was genuinely impressed. Not only is the quality of the work outstanding, but they are also some of the nicest, most professional people I've worked with. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are second to none. I can confidently say that they have earned my business. Here in the DFW area, I will be using them for all of my future truck wraps and decals, and several times a year as my fleet continues to grow. I'll also be looking into the other advertising services they offer. If you're looking for a company that is honest, professional, reliable, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend them. Thank you again for the outstanding service!
