What a great experience! Had a load of documents to copy; had downloaded them to a flash drive and…read moreexpected to go somewhere and spend a couple of hours and over $120 in copying costs for letter size, stapled copies. I looked for 'budget copies' online and this place was close by. The manager was friendly, took my flash drive, plugged it in, whistled, "you DO have a lot...' and then went to work getting the job done. I stayed and it took him less than an hour to crank out over 100 separate 3-4 page documents, sorted in chronological order, stapled and stacked. He had a tip jar and I had already decided I was going to tip him $20, but when he said the charge for _everything_ was $19.80 for 376 copies, tax included, stapled and collated, he acted embarrassed that I was tipping more than the job cost. IT WAS WORTH IT - in saved time, saved extra charges for stapling, hole punching, etc. What a deal! I will be back!

I chose this place because I work in town and drive by it all the time, and I would rather choose a local business than a big chain like FedEx/Kinkos when possible. If I'm ever cool enough to write a book I know where I will be taking it. They were very fast with the work, and made sure that it was exactly what my fiancée and I were looking for. They also had two cute dogs in store-who wouldn't want to see that?!? Very good service at a very good price (usually when you mention the word wedding things get 2/3X expensive). I will definitely be using them for my future printing needs!!

I was straight up when I called in an order. I didn't even know where to begin. The extent of my knowledge were the dimensions of my postcard. Their salesmen are so attentive, polite, and easy to work with. I received a phone call and email first thing. What's even better is the turn around pace. No Joke - I authorized the copy on a Monday and picked them up on a Tuesday. The best part was visiting the press, by far. Their office is a twilight zone. The linoleum wood paneled walls, the mid-century furniture (in a non-hipster environment), their wall stacked with paper files of all their impressive clients just makes you appreciative of loyal customer service. I can imagine they've had dedicated clients for years and years, because of their old-fashioned, bad ass, mad-men way of handling business - straight-up, simple, strong product and customer relations.
