In a time when customer service is frequently lacking in most companies, BWC Photo Imaging was a refreshing and greatly appreciated experience. Unfortunately in this update I'm removing a star which takes them down to three. Why?…read more I originally found Photographic pre pandemic on the innerWeb with the intent of having an old family photo restored. Jump forward to the first of October this year when I finally dropped that photo off. They were professional and helpful, working with me to get an estimate. I went ahead paying 50% up front and left with the understanding they would email me when ready. Since our discussion included them telling me all work was done in house,I didn't ask about when it may be ready After a month I called and was told it's usually 6 weeks. Seems long but hey, the photo is 140 so...after 7 weeks I called and was told it was submitted and should be next week. After 2 months and $200 I picked up my photo. I did not shop other services for prices etc or length of time. This photo is important to me so I went with Photographique because of reviews. However, and I told them this up front, the first photo is a test run and I have 10 more. While I'm happy with the work,it seems expensive considering the photo was in good shape to begin with. Add in the 2 months time frame and I'm discouraged from taking in more restoration work. However,if you have a cherished photo, don't hesitate to... Go!

We look forward to working with him often in the future, and will heartily recommend his services to family and friends. Thank you, Amin!

As a 4th year medical student, about the last thing I feel comfortable with is sitting in front of a camera smiling on command. He made taking the pictures painless for someone as awkward as me, which is no easy feat. I would recommend him to any medical student in the DFW area who does not want to line up in front of everyone in their class to take these IMPORTANT pictures. Program directors see the same picture background on THOUSANDS of residency applications, so having a headshot with a different appearance in itself is already likely to be an advantage. Amin was flexible, and even on my very short timeline, found a weekend appointment that worked for me. He was also very responsive through the process and cropped a picture for me last minute.

In my defense, the Yelp entry for My Office stated that they were open until 6pm, so when I parked in front of their door at 5:35pm, I was surprised and bummed that the door had 5:30pm stenciled on it for their closing time on weekdays. I could see the counter person closing out her till and running the credit card printout. Bummer! Luckily, she saw me standing in front of the door looking like Dustin Hoffman in the wedding scene of "The Graduate" (only in my case, all the screaming was on the inside). Without hesitation, she unlocked the door and processed my package. No snarky comments, no "the look", just a smile and getting me in and out the door in less than 10 minutes. This could have ended another way, but because of the person whose shift had ended minutes before, she has earned a return customer who invites you to also experience My Office for your shipping needs. Just remember: they close at 5:30 pm on weekdays, not 6pm. :)
