Instead of a smooth background, I got a huge pixelated version and was extremely worried about how it would look. The staff was extremely helpful and did an incredible job proofing the background to make sure. He spent quite some time teaching me how to use editing software to make sure that the printed poster was exactly what I had hoped. I loved that they sent you an email as soon as they finished so you can pop in. I was expecting the guy to have the posters out for me to look at, but he had already carefully wrapped them up so I could be in and out in only a couple of minutes! The other thing I could recommend is springing for a poster tube. They are only 7.50, but they make transportation so much easier! All in all I highly recommend this shop anytime you need a poster printed!
