We used Icon Creative for about 8-10 months as a printing partner - running large 1000 unit shirt…read moreorders. Initially their printing and services were excellent - they offered advice, color matching and the end product was excellent. Over the 10 months their quality dropped dramatically - even with simple repeat orders. We had logos that were meant to be centered about 1-2 inches off center; print that was meant to be to the side of the shirt simply place in the center, skewed aspect ratios and incorrect colors - even though it was a simple reprint. The last order we placed had to be sorted through and we removed about 50% of the shirts as they were misprinted. Initially the company offered compensation for the previous order and store credit, but the last shipment we received radio silence and no offer of compensation or refund. In talking to them on the previously bad run, they mentioned changes in operations and issues they were trying to iron out... seems like it's just getting worse. Try them if you want to take the risk - their pricing is good and they have the potential - but it's a big risk.

Being a part of a student organization at UT Austin, we wanted a lot of choices and options, and they supplied them! Stay far, far away from this place…read more I brought in two brand-new jerseys for a simple number "9" on the back. One came out fine, but the other was noticeably off-center about half an inch because they used two different sized numbers and didn't even catch it. So after wasting money on a brand-new jersey, I had to go buy another one. I even changed the color just to avoid the same mismatch issue, hoping they could at least get it consistent the second time. What's worse is the owner acting like this is acceptable or "professional." It's not. When you miss placement by that much--twice--and only get one out of three attempts right, that's not a small mistake. It's sloppy work. If you care at all about how your print looks, take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of better options that actually pay attention to detail.

Very disappointing experience with DTF Center Dallas today. I have been a customer for over a year…read moreand have spent a significant amount of money with this company, but after how I was treated today, I will not be returning. I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed "failed to upload" when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat. Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished. When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would. The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store. When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier. When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation. For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism. After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
