This location is easier to access than it's Lakeside counterpart, making it my first choice. I also don't know why Amazon no longer gives me the option to take my returns to the nearest Kohl's (which I had been doing forever). But since they only list UPS stores now, I found myself here. The one employee working was friendly and quick to assist me with my return. Shortly after I left, I got a notification that it was accepted by Amazon. It was such a hassle free process that I will gladly use this store in the future when I need to ship something.

It already felt excessive when it was $1, but this increase is unreasonable for a single sheet of paper. It honestly feels like a rip-off. Unfortunately, this pricing change has lost me as a customer. There are other UPS locations nearby that don't charge nearly as much for the same service, and I'll be taking my business there moving forward.

No greeting. No acknowledgment that I was there. I walked to a counter closer thinking maybe I'm in the wrong line. The woman behind the counter just continued clearing off her workspace. Again... no greeting or even eye contact. She just ignored me. I smiled at her and nothing. A man then walked in and did the same thing. He spoke up after a few minutes and said... is this the correct line. The woman working on the floor said let me finish this then I'll get to you. The agent behind the counter then looked at me and said are you just dropping off. I replied No, I need to have this scanned. She turned around and continued what she was doing. At this point I do not trust my package will be handled correctly so I just said I fell I'll send this later. Then turned around and walked out. I probably made her day... she didn't have to help a customer.

I've been a long-time customer who originally started coming in for Amazon returns. Over the years…read moreI even got a mailbox here and ordered business cards. However, recent changes have been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid by Amazon to handle these returns, the store now charges two dollars for tape and two dollars to print a label that Amazon already provides. Other retailers like Kohl's, Whole Foods, and Staples make it truly convenient, free of charge, and require no prepackaging at all. That's what good customer service looks like. Because of these nickel-and-diming fees, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on
