Send My Parcels has been my PMB (Personal Mail Box) for almost 4 years and I have had a great experience with their service. I have several packages delivered, almost weekly. They send me an email notification when a package is received. Mostly stuff for my antique houseboat refurbish project or my freelance business. No package too large for them to receive. Every time I do business at the store it does not work out and so I head to the awesome Flower amount store. What UPS store can't print a label from a Amazon QR code? The excuse is that they are not an official UPS Store, they are independent. Then why do they have all the UPS signage saying there are a UPS dealer on the front windows? Seems to me they don't want to add the expense to have the capability to satisfy the UPS customer. Again, every time I try to do business here it does not seem to work out for one reason or another. Disappointing because they have finally hired some sweet employees. read more

Fantastic customized service with a great human to human experience. I came here with a holiday package after having a terrible experience at the local post office. I needed to change box sizes and be sure everything was sent just right. I was not typical and took up some time. They helped me find the best option on a limited budget and even gently packed my sweet baby items carefully so they would all fit and be nice to open. Joanne and Lucy helped me out. It seems Brad was the manager in charge of training. I can't say enough good things about the personalized customer service here. read more

Used to use them to send out packages when PO closed or busy. Never again. I brought a small item, a cup, and literally asked, "what's the cheapest way to send this?" She was nice but took the cup to the back, I figured to measure or weigh, but no it comes out completely packaged and she's giving me prices of $40 and $50 to send. What??? For a cup that is worth waaaay less than that?! When I said no thanks I got to pay $6 for a box that was wasted because they decided to fill it and tape it before giving a price which is what I ASKED FOR! Then I got to pay $10 for shipping at the post office on top of that because I didn't want to pay for a padded envelope after I just paid for this box (which would've been cheaper!). Word of advice, DONT LET THEM TAKE YOUR ITEM TO THE BACK unless they give the price first. They just ask for your item and take it back without telling you your options. Absolutely ridiculous. read more
