I'm not sure why there are 2 UPS stores so close together in this part of town, but it benefits me so I won't complain! This location is easier to access than it's Lakeside counterpart, making it my first choice. I also don't know why Amazon no longer gives me the option to take my returns to the nearest Kohl's (which I had been doing forever). But since they only list UPS stores now, I found myself here. The one employee working was friendly and quick to assist me with my return. Shortly after I left, I got a notification that it was accepted by Amazon. I've always come to this store because the customer service has been great, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I was just charged $2.18 to print a UPS label. It already felt excessive when it was $1, but this increase is unreasonable for a single sheet of paper. It honestly feels like a rip-off. Unfortunately, this pricing change has lost me as a customer. There are other UPS locations nearby that don't charge nearly as much for the same service, and I'll be taking my business there moving forward. read more

Wow! This hometown one-stop shop really gave us thoughtful, cost-effective service today and problem solved to meet our needs. On short notice, they printed numerous documents on our behalf, organized and notarized for us and then shipped our docs overnight for an on-time delivery 24 hours later. I can here to get my electronic fingerprints done for a state license. Little did I know I would be doing it all on my own with no assistance from anyone. No one from the store offered to help me. Wow, this UPS store has very impressive customer service! When my husband and I first walked in around noon on a Tuesday, there was a long line, but it went super fast as they had 3 people working. Everyone there seemed very friendly and efficient. Beka assisted us with 4 return packages and even helped us with taping up the last box to get it done faster. I would not recommend this store at all for shipping. They shipped a box for me on July 15, it was supposed to be delivered July 17. It's never arrived. I have a long list of UPS corporate employees who I have contacted to seek assistance locating the package to no avail. The box is full of sentimental items for my daughter. It can't be replaced. The UPS Store #3322 in Flower Mound came to my rescue. I had trouble printing on specific paper that I had and they offered to try on their machines but it didn't work. Instead of sending me out the door they figured out a way to resolve the issue and it worked. Since this was the week before Christmas I figured they'd not be able to do a quick turnaround but the next day I was contacted that it was done. For a UPS Store, it's clean, organized, and the staff have consistently been friendly and professional. They even have box tape available if you need to close your box and couldn't do it at home! I've never had a box packed and shipped by them, but I assume they'd do a professional job. If you need a notary, they can do that for you here! I've used the notary three or so times now, nice and simple and super affordable. They also print if you need things printed in bulk (or just a one-off if you don't have a printer), and shred things in bulk. read more

I had a pretty awesome experience here. I have been using them for years now but never seen their customer service like I did this visit. I had to get a package out during the ice storm to Midland, and only had a day. It was a large proposal we working to secure and needed the bud there by a certain date. They couldn't deliver, so actually called a FedEx store to try and help. FedEx couldn't help either. So devised a plan to overnight it to a friend in the area and have him drop it off. Literally went above and beyond and got everything there on time! This team is phenomenal and no matter where I live in Flower Mound or surrounding areas I'll be a loyal customer. read more

Manager tolerated an employee berating a customer who came in prior to close. The female employee told the customer she refused to help him because it was close to time to close. The manager did assist the gentleman but told him not to come so late again or they would turn him away. Beware.... they don't care about customer service or it is dead at UPS as a whole. Sad to say my experience was not great as recent reviews. First; for an employee to ask me to move somethinng off the counter so she can put a spinner back with pop sockets on it is horrible customer service. I am sure that the spinner could have waited until I was finished and I am sure that should have been done prior to the store opening for the day. Then the young man behind the counter didn't seem to ask any questions about what I needed. He Assumed I had a return and then told me the price to pack it. I said I just need a box and peanuts. My request was ignored. Then I was told that that was not an option. Ok. Ok. Heree we go with game. So, I thanked them and left. Went to the post officee, got a free box and packed it myself. I've used this UPS several times and for several different services. Each time I have had a really pleasant and positive experience. The employees are always super friendly and they always make me feel like I'm the only one in the store even if its packed. I've used their notary system. Awesome. I've printed in store. Easy. I've sent packages. Relatively painless. The parking lot can get a little crowded but its never horrible. I'm never in store more than a couple of minutes. I'll for sure return to this location for any of my future UPS needs! read more

Fraudulent Sales Practice... Store has a history of selling you a insurance policy for items being shipped Knowing that the policy is not valid unless they package the items for you. I went in the store to have it shipped - Had them do everything in person. I wanted the item insured and they still sold be the policy KNOWING that this would not be covered in an accident. They sold me a policy and were just hoping nothing would happen and they would just keep the $$$ . Very sad to see this kind of practices read more

I do love this store! Every time I go in I see the same people! The manager helped me box up a package that was being sent to LA. It was very important to me so he let me go into the back to "oversee" the packing! He did an excellent job and everything arrives safe and sound- there were lots of breakable items in it- tea cups and vintage pots- all wrapped with care- so I really wanted the packing to be firm but gentle on the wrapping. read more
