Wow! This hometown one-stop shop really gave us thoughtful, cost-effective service today and problem solved to meet our needs. On short notice, they printed numerous documents on our behalf, organized and notarized for us and then shipped our docs overnight for an on-time delivery 24 hours later. What's more, they treated us like family, coming in early and planning success from the start. Thank you! You went the extra mile for us and took the stress level down significantly! UPS is lucky to have such competent teams carrying their company name! read more

I'm not sure why there are 2 UPS stores so close together in this part of town, but it benefits me so I won't complain! This location is easier to access than it's Lakeside counterpart, making it my first choice. I also don't know why Amazon no longer gives me the option to take my returns to the nearest Kohl's (which I had been doing forever). But since they only list UPS stores now, I found myself here. The one employee working was friendly and quick to assist me with my return. Shortly after I left, I got a notification that it was accepted by Amazon. It was such a hassle free process that I will gladly use this store in the future when I need to ship something. read more

I've always come to this store because the customer service has been great, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I was just charged $2.18 to print a UPS label. It already felt excessive when it was $1, but this increase is unreasonable for a single sheet of paper. It honestly feels like a rip-off. Unfortunately, this pricing change has lost me as a customer. There are other UPS locations nearby that don't charge nearly as much for the same service, and I'll be taking my business there moving forward. read more

I can here to get my electronic fingerprints done for a state license. Little did I know I would be doing it all on my own with no assistance from anyone. No one from the store offered to help me. I was given a 1800 number that was out of service. Due to the lack of customer service I will not return to this location. read more

This is the worse UPS store I have ever been in. The people were rude. I am not sure they sent my packages correctly. I would never use them again. Janice read more

Wow, this UPS store has very impressive customer service! When my husband and I first walked in around noon on a Tuesday, there was a long line, but it went super fast as they had 3 people working. Everyone there seemed very friendly and efficient. Beka assisted us with 4 return packages and even helped us with taping up the last box to get it done faster. It is a further drive for us to come to this location but it is certainly worth it. Thank you for making mail delivery a great experience! read more

I received your response about calling and/or emailing you. I have all ready done all of the above with no help from this store. Again I will never use UPS again due to them losing my package. I received your message stating UPS lost my package and I was reimbursed for the shipping cost. I could care less about that; I want my package to be found!! Have you discussed with Aberdeen MD where ups states that's where it last shipped to?? Have you checked with lost and found?? Have you checked out Overgoods?? read more

I would not recommend this store at all for shipping. They shipped a box for me on July 15, it was supposed to be delivered July 17. It's never arrived. I have a long list of UPS corporate employees who I have contacted to seek assistance locating the package to no avail. The box is full of sentimental items for my daughter. It can't be replaced. Amir the owner of this UPS store asked if I had insured the box; I said would it have been delivered if I had? He was no help whatsoever. I will never use UPS again. terrible customer service. The UPS Store #3322 in Flower Mound came to my rescue. I had trouble printing on specific paper that I had and they offered to try on their machines but it didn't work. Instead of sending me out the door they figured out a way to resolve the issue and it worked. Since this was the week before Christmas I figured they'd not be able to do a quick turnaround but the next day I was contacted that it was done. The final product was exactly what I was looking needed. I've used them for packing and shipping in the past and they are always friendly and extremely helpful. read more

For a UPS Store, it's clean, organized, and the staff have consistently been friendly and professional. They even have box tape available if you need to close your box and couldn't do it at home! I've never had a box packed and shipped by them, but I assume they'd do a professional job. If you need a notary, they can do that for you here! I've used the notary three or so times now, nice and simple and super affordable. They also print if you need things printed in bulk (or just a one-off if you don't have a printer), and shred things in bulk. read more

service is slow and very rude. Had to drive all the way out here cause the one by my house is closed down to barely. clearly will never come back. truly a waist of time read more

Worst customer service . Stood there in the line for 20 minutes .the guy asked me to take the printout from the machine there and it took like 10 minutes to start up the computer . Will never rerun back to this store. read more

I had a pretty awesome experience here. I have been using them for years now but never seen their customer service like I did this visit. I had to get a package out during the ice storm to Midland, and only had a day. It was a large proposal we working to secure and needed the bud there by a certain date. They couldn't deliver, so actually called a FedEx store to try and help. FedEx couldn't help either. So devised a plan to overnight it to a friend in the area and have him drop it off. Literally went above and beyond and got everything there on time! This team is phenomenal and no matter where I live in Flower Mound or surrounding areas I'll be a loyal customer. read more

Manager tolerated an employee berating a customer who came in prior to close. The female employee told the customer she refused to help him because it was close to time to close. The manager did assist the gentleman but told him not to come so late again or they would turn him away. Beware.... they don't care about customer service or it is dead at UPS as a whole. Who knows? read more

Sad to say my experience was not great as recent reviews. First; for an employee to ask me to move somethinng off the counter so she can put a spinner back with pop sockets on it is horrible customer service. I am sure that the spinner could have waited until I was finished and I am sure that should have been done prior to the store opening for the day. Then the young man behind the counter didn't seem to ask any questions about what I needed. He Assumed I had a return and then told me the price to pack it. I said I just need a box and peanuts. My request was ignored. Then I was told that that was not an option. Ok. Ok. Heree we go with game. So, I thanked them and left. Went to the post officee, got a free box and packed it myself. Done. read more

I've used this UPS several times and for several different services. Each time I have had a really pleasant and positive experience. The employees are always super friendly and they always make me feel like I'm the only one in the store even if its packed. I've used their notary system. Awesome. I've printed in store. Easy. I've sent packages. Relatively painless. The parking lot can get a little crowded but its never horrible. I'm never in store more than a couple of minutes. I'll for sure return to this location for any of my future UPS needs! read more

Jerri was very helpful the other day when we needed to get five packages shipped to Missouri for a convention. She was kind, funny and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks Jerri! read more

The UPS Store - Entry to store - Printing Services Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

This is a great location. They are fast, friendly and incredibility helpful when I need the extra help for work. I have been going to this location for 6 years under old management and new...never saw a difference in service. I truly never leave the store without a smile. I visited their new location in Flower Mound (5810 Long Prairie Rd) and received the same excellent service. I love that I have another option to turn to when needed. read more

Fraudulent Sales Practice... Store has a history of selling you a insurance policy for items being shipped Knowing that the policy is not valid unless they package the items for you. I went in the store to have it shipped - Had them do everything in person. I wanted the item insured and they still sold be the policy KNOWING that this would not be covered in an accident. They sold me a policy and were just hoping nothing would happen and they would just keep the $$$ . Very sad to see this kind of practices read more

A package that I mailed through this location did not arrive at it's destination. I contacted the store and Noah immediately researched the transaction and processed a tracking review which resulted in a returned check covering insurance and shipping costs. My daughter can't come home for Christmas so I had to ship everything out of the country at almost the last minute and just knew it was going to cost a fortune and be a hassle. I shipped everything on 12/11 and Jerri helped me out. She was very helpful. Extremely pleased at the cost and happily shocked at how fast it is going to get there. Bye-bye FedEx and USPS, I will only use UPS from now on! read more

I do love this store! Every time I go in I see the same people! The manager helped me box up a package that was being sent to LA. It was very important to me so he let me go into the back to "oversee" the packing! He did an excellent job and everything arrives safe and sound- there were lots of breakable items in it- tea cups and vintage pots- all wrapped with care- so I really wanted the packing to be firm but gentle on the wrapping. read more

This is the best UPS location around! Everyone is very helpful and nice. They always help me get my business stuff taken care of!

Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful! I printed some items here and they made sure that all items printed exactly as I wanted.
