It already felt excessive when it was $1, but this increase is unreasonable for a single sheet of paper. It honestly feels like a rip-off. Unfortunately, this pricing change has lost me as a customer. There are other UPS locations nearby that don't charge nearly as much for the same service, and I'll be taking my business there moving forward.

I also don't know why Amazon no longer gives me the option to take my returns to the nearest Kohl's (which I had been doing forever). But since they only list UPS stores now, I found myself here. The one employee working was friendly and quick to assist me with my return. Shortly after I left, I got a notification that it was accepted by Amazon. It was such a hassle free process that I will gladly use this store in the future when I need to ship something.

THE IS A UPS STORE. I had a package shipped to this Location because the shipper required an…read moredirect signature for delivery and I cannot receive packages at work. I called this location directly ahead of time to verify that they do let people ship hold for pick up they said yes and said there was no fee as long as it was picked up on the same day as delivery The package was delivered today at 12:15 PM and it was picked up less than an hour after it was delivered to the store. I received a voicemail from the Store stating that there was going to be an eight dollar fee associated with picking up the package. They held my package hostage and gave me the option to have it returned or pay the eight dollars so I paid a fee to get my package. I called several other UPS stores in immediate area and none of them charge a fee as long as it is picked up on the same day. I even called the UPS customer service and they stated that there was no such policy for same-day pick up. The register receipt was run up as miscellaneous non-taxable item for eight dollars.
