He was very rude and did not explain why I had received a confirmation and was not helpful on what to do next. I will not be back in this Office Depot again. he was so completely rude! while waiting in line so long I heard him making fun of customers on his wireless to other employees and warning people to not help certain employees. After carrying an extremely heavy box into the store was told she can't scan QR codes. A sign with alittle more information such as "amazon returns down" would have been helpful, rather than having people bring in heavy packages and have to talk to someone to find out the specifics of the downed systems.
