He was very rude and did not explain why I had received a confirmation and was not helpful on what to do next. I will not be back in this Office Depot again. he was so completely rude! while waiting in line so long I heard him making fun of customers on his wireless to other employees and warning people to not help certain employees. My two adopted brothers have made such a huge impact on my life alone and I am severely thankful that God placed them in our home. The Texas Baptist Home made the adoption process so much easier and again I am grateful. It was amazing to know that the few caseworkers involved in both of my brothers adoptions simply cared enough to make a difference in both the lives of the children and the family. My second youngest brother was adopted a couple years ago, and shortly after, my youngest brother was adopted. We went through the foster to adopt process, which was and is a whole lot more painful and stressful that it seems. And through the entire process for both of my brothers, several caseworkers were involved and showed a sense of genuine interest and care for our family along with my two brothers.
