This place is gross. Since we don't live in Mansfield anymore and the drive to Staples was a little far, we came here to go school supply shopping because it was closer. My son really enjoys picking out supplies at an office supply store but this experience was actually stressful because we were trying to hurry up and get the heck on out of there! It was gross from the minute we walked in. Trash on the floor in the entry, trash in every shopping cart. He gave up and with with a little hand basket. scheduled a TSA precheck at this location. they canceled me last minute on Tuesday so I rescheduled for Wednesday. after waiting 30 minutes in the copies line (because there was no person at the precheck area). the young man (Noah) behind the counter told me that the district manager canceled all tsa prechecks for the week but no one had told me. when I showed him the confirmation I had just received an hour earlier that my appointment was still good he snapped back "all appointments have been cancelled this week." He was very rude and did not explain why I had received a confirmation and was not helpful on what to do next. I will not be back in this Office Depot again. he was so completely rude! while waiting in line so long I heard him making fun of customers on his wireless to other employees and warning people to not help certain employees. Printed my cards wrong. Did not print back side per my order. The color did not match. Wanted to tell me they don't do both sides in store, only online. I asked them why did it let me place the order. She had no comment. Only offered to reprint the same mess. So I said yes. I figure if I am going to take a loss that I will make them redo it. Shopping on AMAZON exclusively from now on and forever instead of ever going to a Office Depot! I bought an ink pad and mounting tape for 24.87 on Thursday. Today is Wednesday of the next week. I returned both (unopened) since they told me it was the wrong kind. I got refunded and was told I wouldn't get the same amount I paid for even thought they were bought 6 days prior. I just tried to purchase 2 Realspace Hardwood floor mats that were shown on line for $39.99. The store price was $69.99 and the Assistant Manager would not honor the price. She said the one on line was a clearance item but the model numbers were the same. So she didn't make a sale. Horrible customer service. read more

Friendly, fast, and extremely curtiouse. Prices were cheap and we found everything we needed for school supplies.

One of my students recently went to Office Depot for a few copies. (six) She had been there before and so have I, many times. So, the guy she dealt with in the copy/print area charged her $8 per copy. These copies were not that large, maybe 20" X 20" (estimate by my just looking at it). Anyway, $8 per copy is outrageous. And he was very rude too. I recommend always asking for the price when you go there before committing to their services. I have been many times and never been charged so high of a price. It seems they are very inconsistent with their copy prices! Sometimes they are reasonable and sometimes it seems like they price gouge. And they are always too busy and you have to wait and wait and many times come back the following day for simple copies. It is really inconvenient and then to be overcharged and treated poorly - not my favorite place. I give it a "one" star. If you are dealing with any other part of the store, it is much better. The print area needs to improve. Customer service training would be good for them and more employees. read more
