This location no longer delivers to the door apparently and will keep packages for you to then come in and pick up. My door is less than 100 feet from my allotted mail box in my community and randomly after two years packages will now not be delivered? When asked about this change Teejay informed me it was due to Covid precaution. Claiming a Covid precaution in 2023 after not implementing it during the actual pandemic seems extremely fishy. Or a blatant lie. I understand the Christmas rush and the amount of packages but that does not excuse you to make up rules so that your delivery times look better than they are. TAKE MAIL BOXES TO THE DOOOOOOOOOOR TEEJAY is horrible. I'm sorry to the rest of the staff and workers for having to put up with him. Thank you the rest of you for all the work you do.

This postal office has now lost multiple "money" related items being sent to me, and OFFICIALLY as…read moreof today, the mailbox had either been lock-picked, or open by someone else with a key (the only people being the USPS at this location) and ALL mail taken out of the box. Prescriptions, Credit Cards, you name it -- they definitely stepped away with a few more items than I'd have liked. Watch this location, and if you can, send your mail to Las Colinas or one of the other locations.

They do everything from passports to media mail. So far, everything I've sent through here has been delivered in a timely fashion, and that is all that matters. Sometimes, the workers will scan and ship out things a day later, but it does go through. I recommend if you have a big or expensive item to send off, get you a receipt!

Several times in the past two weeks, I've had late Amazon deliveries because packages were delayed in transit per tracking. This is AFTER they've been tracked into this post office. Last week, Amazon tracking said delivery was attempted but unsuccessful and the package was being held for me downtown. The next morning, we went to retrieve it and they didn't have it. This has happened before and they never leave a slip in my mailbox.

She helped me get the correct boxes for my prepaid labels, and showed me how I can do all of this from home. I was so appreciative of her - she made my day! Thank you Rory!!

If there would be a minus, i would give 5 minuses…read more.. First, how come there is never anyone actually apearing to be working? It is shut down so you cant buy stamps or mail stuff out. But the warehouse is open, i guess, since I hear music. But noone ever answers the door when you ring the bell, or bang against it. Plus they are open from 9 to 5 with 1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm. I wished I could work those hours! Then the USPS changed stuff, so our office mail does not get mailed PRIOR to 5pm, 5pm is when BUSINESSES usually close you federal people! UGH i just want my stupid package.
