As…read moresomeone who frequents the store almost daily, and I use the self service feature, I would think that if you're within 2 minutes of the drop off time and the driver is still loading packages, that should not be a real imposition to take an already prepared envelope and give it to the driver to include on the current day's delivery run. Today, even though the driver was there, the store manager looked at his watch snd noted that it was 5:17pm and said it's after 5:15pm, we can't accept it for today's last run! I suppose that's just 'adherence' to store policy. Being a 'good neighbor' in the community should be a little bit of a factor--but maybe not! Sooo on to DFW Airport for my drop off!
