Trying to use the self service options and for 2 days now, still out of service. Seems like this machine is out almost more than half the time. Wish I could rely on this location since it's the closest but unfortunately I need to head out to Midlothian, GP or Duncanville, as theirs are working. I could wait in line but I already know what I want and like to get out promptly. read more

The staff there is always friendly & helpful. Even when there is a long line, it moves quickly. The only complaint is the window in the hallway where you have to pick up packages. I have gone a few times and there was a line waiting, but the window was closed. I love that they have the automated self-help station and that the building is open 24 hours. read more

First time using this post office. We just moved to the area. Surprised to see everything was stocked and the line was about a 2 minute wait as they had 3 employees working the counter. The employee that helped me was very pleasant and looked at me. It was a please t experience unlike the old post office that was by my old house. read more

This is a Post Office. You can send mail from here. If you want to send mail, stop at a post office :). Seriously though it's a nice facility but like most post offices, they are pretty slow if you need to go to the counter. They have the machine to weigh and send packages in the lobby which is very helpful. Other than that, if you've seen one you've seen them all. read more

I had quite the delivery today. I had a package arrive today, and the driver making the delivery was apparently having a bad day. I heard screaming & yelling from outside my house (it sounded like a fight was breaking out), & then heard a loud thud against my house. As I went to look, I see the usps delivery person (still yelling) storming back to the car. Apparently, they were having a hostile argument on the phone and decided to take out their fury on the packages they're delivering today... I don't usually bother with reviews or calling in complaints, but this was just a whole new level of ridiculous. Now, I'm having to decide if staying on hold for over & hour will be worth it to make a formal complaint. read more

Awful, awful customer service! Express shipment did not make next day. I was told upon purchase that if it didn't make it I could come the next say to request a full refund. It didn't make it, nor did it make it out of the state. The 2nd day I went back to Cedar Hill, TX and was told I could not get a refund until it delivered. I called the next morning to the 800 customer service number and was advised that we were in a pandemic and express wouldn't likely meet any destinations. I went the next day after it delivered and was told to fill out a Claim form and she would process my refund. I stood aside, filled out the report, waited again and was told then that they could not process on-sight and I would need to file online. So after three visits and a customer service call, which the same lady at Cedar hill, TX and the 800 # attendant acted as if it were my fault and I was inconveniencing them, I will now try the online approach and not return to the post office in Cedar Hill, TX. read more

I needed to mail 36 envelopes of different weights and sizes. I went first thing in the morning, and I was amazed at how friendly the staff was with my huge amount of detailed work for them! Once the line behind me cleared out, the lady who helped me even figured out a better, quicker way to get my order accomplished. We chatted and laughed the whole time, and I really felt not only helped but valued by their service. The Post Office knows we need them, and so in other places, they don't always go above and beyond...but this team in Cedar Hill gave me excellent service and I will look forward to going back again! read more

I won't give any stars to this location. I've had nothing but problems with my mail and any issues I've had with this post office. My package has been missing for at least 3 days. I was told that a Supervisor would call me of course they haven't called. How do you put I have a new address and I've been here since February. I wish I didn't have to deal with this location at all it's by far the worst experience I've ever had with mail, packages in my entire life.
