Instead of the owner updating his establishment so that customers can receive text messages when their items are ready, he would rather penalize establish customers with pre-pay policies. Needless to say I won't be returning although I have been doing business with this establishment for over 10 years. I understand that when we leave items a long time it cost him space and money, but the way to take care of your customers and your business is to upgrade your system, not penalize your customers who have paid your bills for years.
