No way this place is just 1 star -- it's easily a 5-star establishment. Dryclean USA is professional, consistent, and impressively fast. One of the few cleaners that actually does everything onsite, they offer true same-day service without tacking on extra fees -- just drop off before 9am. That's a huge deal, especially since I regularly bring in large bags of clothes. Their prices are surprisingly affordable -- better than most cleaners I've used in the past -- and the quality never suffers. A++++ service. Highly recommended. read more

I have been doing business with this dry cleaner for several years. I used to live near them but moved about 20 minutes away a few years ago. I continued to do business with them over the last years even though they are out of my way, and there are other dry cleaners near me. The last time I was in, I was told that I would have to pre-pay from now on because I left some things there longer than I had realized on the previous visit. I am upset because why would I pre-pay for a service that could be botched or my items could be lost? Instead of the owner updating his establishment so that customers can receive text messages when their items are ready, he would rather penalize establish customers with pre-pay policies. Needless to say I won't be returning although I have been doing business with this establishment for over 10 years. I understand that when we leave items a long time it cost him space and money, but the way to take care of your customers and your business is to upgrade your system, not penalize your customers who have paid your bills for years. read more

This place is under new management, and it has fallen apart. Again and again, they do not honor the pickup times on their tickets. I'm on here because I'm looking for a better dry cleaners. read more

I RECEIVED ONE OF THE WORST TREATMENTS EVER!!!! So I dropped of 9 things which cos about $30 bucks and change. I went to pick up my clothes and wondered why it took forever. A man (Asian petite/elderly) came back to the window to give me only 4 outfits and asked me to pay and that I should come back for the rest. I asked about my other 5 outfits and he said another customer took my clothes without remorse. So they literally gave my 5 outfits to another Customer and they would need to contact the customer to find my clothes. First he said to come back in the evening and then when I parked my car to go inside and he said come back the next day. He had absolutely no remorse. No show of empathy nor apologetic. I have never ever seen this nor encountered this in my entire life. I sure would be calling the POLICE to file a complaint. He went on to say if they don't find my outfits - the worst is to reimburse me. These are my African clothes and this is highly unacceptable. Lord help me - I would be reporting this to the police as needed. Still waiting on a call back. This place has the worst customer service ever. Its very unhealthy to give someones outfit to someone else. Share carelessness and extreme poor service. read more

After my second trip to "usa dry cleaners" I took my dry cleaning in and was told there was a message to "reject my dry cleaning" asked the lady what prompted this, she replied she did not know and would have to speak with the manager. This is crazy and no explanation was given....Good friendly service is hard to find anymore. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHING HERE: I dropped off a pair of black Banana Republic pants on Monday, December 12th. I picked them up on Wednesday, December 14th. They remained in the plastic bag until Monday, December 19th. When I put them on I discovered a large tear on the bottom right leg. The outer material is torn, but not the lining. I took them back to the business and asked them to replace the pants. The gentleman insisted he didn't tear the pants. He said they were not received torn and did not leave his store torn. He acknowledges the pants still have the original dry cleaning crease and have obviously not been worn. He said he's willing to mend the tear. I find this unacceptable because of the size and location of the tear. read more

This cleaner lost a pair of pants that I took in for cleaning prior to wearing them even once. After a long wait to pick up my items, they brought my cleaning to my car and placed it in the back and kept the claim check. When I realized a piece was missing, I went back and inquired, my husband went in and inquired, and I called twice, and now they're telling me I should have counted the hangers before I left. Why have a drive through service if you have to get out and check the items before you leave? I would expect a reputable establishment to reimburse me for losing my brand new pair of pants, but they said since I didn't tell them before I drove off, they are not responsible. PLUS, I paid to have them cleaned IN ADVANCE, so not only am I out the price of the clothes but also the cost to have them cleaned (and lost!)
