This place is an absolute fucking joke. Yuri is the single worst manager I have ever dealt with in…read moremy life, anywhere. My $100 Polo pants were ruined by YOUR business, and instead of taking responsibility, she told me I'd get no refund for the dry cleaning and no reimbursement for the damage YOU caused. Yuri is a straight-up POS. No accountability, no professionalism, no shame. Her brilliant solution? A "$2 string replacement." On $100 pants. Then she had the nerve to say I couldn't keep my ruined pants and be reimbursed -- like I should be grateful for scraps. That's not customer service, that's bullshit. The worst part? She laughed at me. Laughed. In a customer's face. That tells you exactly the kind of garbage human being she is and the kind of trash operation this business runs. I have never felt so blatantly disrespected by someone in a management position. If this is the standard you allow, then the rot starts at the top. I will be coming back every single day until I'm made whole. And yes -- even the women working in the nail salon next door said this whole situation was complete bullshit and couldn't believe how I was treated. This business is trash. Management is trash. And I will make sure everyone knows exactly how you treat your customers.

Maybe it was when I peered into the area behind the counter where the alterations and mending of…read moregarments takes place, as it took me to places in the heart. As I chatted with the friendly owner at the counter, when seeing the sewing machine and colorful rows of threads, I couldn't help but think of my late Mother, as she too was a seamstress. I have her old Kenmore sewing machine among the treasured ancestral artifacts in my sacred space at home. I had been wanting to make a change in where to take my dry cleaning, and reading the positive reviews on Yelp for Dry Clean City, although they're further from my home than at least ten other dry cleaners, I decided to make the trek to give them a try. I felt a kindred spirit as soon as I walked in the door. This is not your usual chain operation here, this is a husband and wife team who've put their personal touch into their business for the last 21 years. As I'm on the verge of taking a long anticipated trip to Portugal and Morocco, I took 12 shirts, three pairs of pants, and one sport coat for dry cleaning, with one shirt also needing mending, after the edge of the lint filter in our dryer grabbed the hem of that garment, and wrapping the shirt into a tight ball, it also tore a hole at the seam. First, the wife at this cleaners did a masterful job of saving that shirt for me, it's as good as new, and for a very reasonable price no less. As for the dry cleaning, I'm sold, everything came out perfectly. I'll be looking dapper for my upcoming trip. But most of all, the reason I know I've found a new place to entrust the care of my highly valued garments with, is this husband and wife team, who put love into the work of their hands. As icing on the cake, their friendliness draws you in upon entering the door for the first time. You just know, these are great souls, they're caring people, and this is a clean operation, a business whose workmanship will help to build our self esteem, as we wear the stylish clothes they've renewed for us time and again. I went for the dry cleaning, but I'll be returning for the friendship, and for their personal touch, in helping their customers feel good about ourselves. If you're also reading reviews to find a new place for your clothes to be cared for, look no further, this is your place. It's an enthusiastic 5-Star review from me. Sincerely, Keith Brown Garland

I was told they were still working with the same member of the family that works in the background but it's the service and the pricing that feels different. I don't know if the value is still there. I came in to Dry Clean Express around 2pm on a Thursday afternoon as I had an unexpected interview set for Friday afternoon at 2pm the next day. Ana was amazing. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. My husband needed a favorite jacket dry cleaned but was reluctant because it is an expensive piece and is his absolute favorite to wear. We expected to pay much more for that item because of its construction and were pleasantly surprised at the cost. This store does dry cleaning every day. In my naivete, I didn't realize not every "dry cleaner" actually does dry cleaning every day. Many only offer that service one or two days a week. The other days, they simply do laundry. These nice folks taught us a lot about the business, and we're grateful for their expertise and quality work.
