This is the 3 times I have seen very dirty stains when I pick up my clothes after washing from this store, once I washed a colored shirt and got 2 colors on my shirt. Absolutely terrible. Avoid under any means. The lady has a terrible attitude. They keep changing the hours. Sometimes they are open sometimes they are not. The neon sign is always on. The prices are incredibly high and then they want to charge you more. It just makes no sense. I had 4 bad experiences in a row here. Including when they couldn't get the stain out. read more

It used to be a great dry cleaner. When it sold, it became a ripoff spot with poor service and ridiculous prices.

This place advertises $1.99 cleaners but it only applies to men's shirts. Also, they added an environmental reimbursement charge making my 6 items $3.53 each. (1 dress, 1 slacks, and 4 reg button up shirts.) The $1.99 cleaners on Arapaho/Jupiter actually is $1.99 except dresses are more of course. BEWARE!!! Let me preface this, I have never written a bad review for any establishment up until now. I have been a long time customer for many years,They have always done a great job up until now. I took a very nice jacket in for dry cleaning, I didn't take it out of the plastic covering for about a week after picking it up. I went to retrieve it and when I did I was shocked. The material which was a wool/silk blend was unrecognizable. I tried to put it on and the sleeves were so small I could not even put my arms through it. it was totally shrunk. It clearly appears they had washed the garment instead of dry cleaning. I went the next day to let them see it, no manager on duty at the time, said they would have her call me, no one calked. I called and spoke with the manager and she tried to tell me it was the kind of fabric and that they did nothing wrong. I told her I would not seek reimbursement for the ruined jacket and that I just wanted them to acknowledge that they did something wrong, accidents happen but she would not budge. You need to stay away from this business! I dropped off a suit to get dry cleaned and when i went to pick it back up they gave me somebody's else jacket and pants. I returned them thinking it was a simple understanding and they told me its my fought and cant seem to find my suit! Instead of helping me, they tell me they charged me for just a jacket and pants so that's what i dropped off. I repeatable told them they were not mine and they responded with they don't make mistakes. Suits are not cheap, and now i have to buy another one out of pocket costing me anywhere between $500-$1000. They don't have any remorse which makes me think they stole it. read more

They are horrible!!! Took my husband's Cowboys Jersey ($200), it just needed it's annual cleaning. I dropped of a white jersey with blue lettering, I received a white marbled jersey, with blue lettering. The lady insisted I took it in like that. There's no way I would have not noticed the blue on the white part of the shirt. As I was still talking to her someone else walked in and she left me talking and moved on. Terrible customer service - I had caught them several times overcharging on the final bill. The rate they advertise and the actual charges are different. Recently they have changed ownership and the old employees have left and the rates have increased by over 40% The new owner is Feisty, argumentative and very rude This morning she wanted to charge more for collars since she did not want to do the work Avoid - life is too short to deal with such owners who think they are doing us a favor. read more

Run away! We've used Dry Clean Super Center for years. One of our kids even worked there for a summer. The new owner is TERRIBLE! They ruined one of my husband's ties and refused to even give him his money back for cleaning the tie. They insisted that he brought it in like that. There are many other choices in the area. I have had more than one high quality garments torn, effaced and completely ruined by this place. The manager is unyielding when presented with an issue and she blames it on the material or style of clothing which is completely senseless. I don't recommend taking your clothing here if you value your garments. The staff is pleasant but the manager is not at all interested in true customer satisfaction. Run from this place. read more

I had heard complaints about the new management but experienced it first-hand today. I took my Calvin Klein winter long coat in for cleaning to Dry Clean Superstore (Campbell and Jupiter). When they returned it she said she didn't understand what happened but it was a wrinkled mess (see attached photo). I subsequently took it back to my old cleaners Dry Clean City (Beltline and Jupiter area) and they corrected the issue. I returned and showed the repaired coat and asked for Dry Clean Superstore to make it right and return the $15.23 they charged for cleaning but the manager refused, saying the couldn't eat the labor costs. BTW, Dry Clean City only charged me $7.50 for the cleaning. DO NOT USE DRY CLEAN SUPERSTORE!!! I highly recommend Dry Clean City!! read more

After 15 years of exclusively using this dry cleaners, I am moving too far away for the drive. The owner, the manager and their employees are some of the the nicest people you can meet. And that shows in the service and the quality of their work. And the prices they charge tend to make you take clothing that you wouldn't normally take, because the time it takes to do at home is better spent doing something else! read more

Was a really good dry cleaner until new owner took over and they lost their good people and now the cleaners can't keep up with demand. Two times now cleaning wasn't available when promised and sat in line 30 minutes to find this out. They don't have enough staff to take care of customers that come in. The One girl who works in the front works her tail off and is the only one there. I only put 1 Star because I couldn't do less! DO NOT USE the Dry Clean Super Center on Jupiter at Campbell next to Walgreens. The owner is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. She overcharges on items then argues when you question the bill! Charged me for French cuff shirts when I don't own any French cuff shirts(dropped off 2 golf shirts & 3 regular Long sleeve dress shirts). I Dropped off a BRAND NEW pair of jeans & 2 shorts at 8:19am, she said & the receipt said ready by 5:00pm Monday night. I arrived 5:45pm Monday night. They couldn't find my clothes--they looked for 1 hour. She said comeback tomorrow. I said I'm on a flight at 7:30am Tuesday morning, that's why I dropped off this morning for pickup that evening. She said what do you want me to do? Threw up her arms, Basically saying, I don't care, just leave! I had to go buy another pair of jeans for my business trip. She called at 7:45am Tuesday morning & said she found them. On Wednesday My wife went to pick up my clothes, she asked for a refund for dry cleaning charges, the owner said NO! My wife asked for a refund for the purchase of the new jeans I had to buy(that I didn't need 2 pairs of) because she couldn't find the original pair until the next day. She said she would refund only if she could keep the pair she lost!!! The manager & a co-worker, that had been there for YEARS, said the owner got multiple complaints about the owner about how she dealt with & talked to customers. The manager & co-worker QUIT because the owner was rude & she treated the employees bad & her attitude towards customer that the manager had good relationships with.
