I have lived in this area for over 20 years and have yet to find a dry cleaner that cleans my clothes the FIRST time, including this establishment. I have given Power Cleaners two separate opportunities to CLEAN my clothes and they have failed. I took a dress to be cleaned that I needed for my Mother-in-law's (out of town) funeral. When I put the dress on, it still had spots on it and I had to stand in front of the church with these stains on my dress. Of course he re-cleaned it when I returned to town. So, I just took some more clothes to help him redeem himself...same thing. I took 22 items and 20 came back clean. So I suggest you check your clothes before you leave. Customer service is great however, personality does not trump performance. read more

***Do Not Go Here*** We brought my daughter's tae Kwon do white uniform here to be dry-cleaned and pressed. We dropped it off on a Monday and were told we could pick it up the next day. When we arrived, it was dry cleaned and pressed, but there was a burn mark from the iron on the jacket that was about 2 inches in diameter. I pointed it out to the lady and she said she would send it through the dry cleaners again. She wrote a note on the ticket and asked for 24 hours. I told her that I would pick it up Thursday around noon because we needed it Thursday night. When we arrived on Thursday, the mark was still there albeit smaller. The lady at the counter hadn't noticed it and offered to send it through again. It's apparent that they don't even look at the clothes. The other lady had attached the ticket and wrote on it largely stating there was a burn mark. The other lady had no clue about it and acted dumb even after I pointed it out. I had to ask for a discount, when I shouldn't have had to pay for it. They ruined the white jacket that my daughter needs for her TKD. And those uniforms are expensive. There was no apologies, she just kept saying she could run it through again. Even though it had been run through already. They should have actually looked at it since I left it there for several days to make sure the mark was gone. Poor quality of service. I will not be back. I do not recommend this place. read more

This place lost my clothes for two weeks. When they found them one dress shirt was missing. I can't believe they still insisted on charging me. After complaining I was offered a $20 credit on future services. When I went in the next time after 2 days the clothes were still not ready. Then when they were cleaned they refused to apply the $20 credit. She wanted to argue that it was the company's fault they outsource the cleaning too. Stay away from this place. Not worth the headache when there are other cleaners in the area. 12/8/18 Cleaners should not be losing clothing. I was not happy with you offering $20 for my $45 shirt that I only used a few times. And when I tried to use the measly credit the cleaner argued that I already used the credit...not evening honoring it. I've taken my business to an establishment that cares about providing quality service and keeping their customers happy. read more

The worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. I brought two blankets in to be washed, nothing fancy. Sign on the door says in by 9 out by 5. I brought the blankets in at 7:30 Monday morning and was told they wouldn't be ready until Friday. I was on my way to work so I didn't say anything but I was very surprised...I came back today (Friday at 1:00) and said they wouldn't be back from "the plant" until 4:00....after I had dropped them off 7:30 Monday morning! Absolutely ridiculous. I go run other errands and then come back at 4:00 to get them. I get home and realize they REEK of curry and other spices. Both people working there were eating each time i went in so I should have known...I will have to go to another cleaner to get the smell out. I will NEVER EVER return. read more

This place is wonderful and the service is unmatched! I had to get my work pants hemmed last minute and they were so helpful! I brought my pants in late last night and knowing I was on a time crunch,she let me come in before they opened to pick them up and she even pressed them for me!
