This cleaners is worth the driving distance. I moved out of the area and when searching for a new cleaners, I discovered Diamond Cleaners. The reviews, customer service, the quality of service and care they put into cleaning those pricey clothing investments helped make my decision. They have been in business for many years and there are other customers that drive the distance for the reassurance of knowing their clothing is carefully cleaned and returned without issues. The pricing is a bit more than the last cleaners but paying for quality work is worth the extra cost. There is also drive through for convenience. I've resisted even leaving a review despite coming to this dry cleaner and having exceptional service for almost four years! Why you ask? Because it's that good and I didn't want everyone coming here. Then they'd raise their prices and the wouldn't accommodate last minute requests and maybe they'd even sell it to Big Dry Cleaning. I've seen all these happen before living in NC, MI and FL. Then my little hole in the wall, independent dry cleaner would be lost forever. And I just couldn't let that happen. But I need to grow up and realize this isn't about me. This is bigger than me. These guys earned much more than a five star review...and so that's the least I could give them. I've been coming here every week for four years and they have never ruined or lost a garment. When the odd button pops off due to normal wear and tear they always put it back on. When I don't plan properly and I need something turned around ASAP they bend over backwards to make it happen. The guy and his mom(?) know me and my wife by face. The prices are reasonable. They always press it nice, no wrinkles, my French cuff shirts are always pressed flat and they take my cufflinks out when I forget and bag them up nicely at no additional charge. Did I mention the drive through??? Anyway this place is simply the best and I hope it never changes. But they deserve all the success they get so you should check them out. read more

They dry cleaned a bridesmaid dress for me. However, it didn't come clean. The worker offered to try and clean it again and asked me to return later in the week. When I showed up he apologized and offered to clean it again. I decided to wash it on a gentle wash cycle with cold water and Oxiclean. Even though the tag said dry clean ONLY. I had to wash it twice and hang dry. It worked! I returned to Diamond Cleaners and they offered to press it for free. They are helpful and hardworking. I would highly recommend this store. read more

Paid top dollar for my shirt to be returned in worse condition, seriously was pubic hairs all over my shirt in the plastic worse then left. Also they only put on my receipt only one tie but I gave them three so they lost or gave my ties away to someone else. Complete failure. To the owner- Shame on you. You are running a miserable and failing company. You steal from me and now karma is upon you. May your business close its doors soon. read more

This was my first and last experience with this dry cleaners. I took 4 pairs of jeans in to have them medium starched. 2 pair were brand new. The 2 new pair came back with the patches destroyed and the material residue from the patches were on the other 2 jeans. I have used another dry cleaners for years in Allen and taken these same jeans in and have never had this experience. The manager informed me that this is a common occurrence with jeans. I asked him why he did not inform me before hand about this common problem for which he had no answer. I asked him what type of compensation he could offer and he offered to launder them again. He would not provide any compensation for the jeans so I asked him If he would refund the cost of the cleaning. To no avail he was not willing to do anything. No sincere apology or concern for customer service. I have since returned to my dry cleaners and they informed me that they cover the patches when the are cleaning the jeans. I hope that maybe they had a bad day and this is not the norm but I cannot recommend them. Poor customer service and I won't be back. read more
