I found the card system they use to be very user friendly with clear instructions. And I've seen many regulars are happy to lend a helping hand if anyone gets confused. I have only ever seen one rolling cart to be used, and the chairs are few so if you come at a busy time, or in a weekend don't expect to find either available. The large washers are $11/cycle and can easily handle two larger loads together so I end up combining towels & rugs with my darks. The large dryers are $2/cycle but they don't dry larger loads with one cycle. I have found its more effective to split my larger loads into two dryers. I have been twice so far and have been pleased with Adamstone Local Laundry - I'll be back!

The bathroom also didn't have any paper towels during my visit, which added to the frustration. I'll continue coming here because it's close to home, but if there were another laundromat a bit closer, I'm not sure this would be my first choice.

Said it was not for her store, even though that is the only Stephens I have ever used and they have honored it for the past 10 years. There is nothing on the coupon that states a location or limitation. 50% off all dry cleaning and it is from them. They refused to honor it and when I got mad, I was told "F*** you." After refusing to honor a solicitation that THEY sent ME, I was then told off to boot. Never going here again and would recommend others avoid as well!

We've been using bluebonnet cleaners for years, even before we both graduated with doctorates. We continued to bring our dry cleaning to this location regardless of price increases. So disappointed and upset. No suit to wear for our friend's wedding. Husband called and the lady who picked up said the manager is not there and asked us to bring the suit pants but what can be done??? Holes are holes. This is terrible.
