I'm in a generous mood today so I gave this pathetic place one star. They do a horrible job at Cleaning. Actually, they charge you in a but don't actually do any cleaning. They just up and occasionally steam it and send it back. The clothes continue to stink have all different kinds of stains, and the owner is very rude, arrogant, and despite promises by the staff that he reach out and talk to me, he never called. If others have had the same issue, please let me know since one of my family members is an attorney and I'm very interested in filing a lawsuit for poor but more importantly, extremely rude behavior and insulting demeanor read more

Ahhhh, so happy to find a good cleaner in the new neighborhood! After we moved I wasn't sure I could find a replacement for my old cleaners, but I actually found a BETTER one! Unlike a lot of the dry cleaners in the DFW area this guy still does his own laundering, dry cleaning, and clothing repair/tailoring. The front of his store is really small (just for dropping off/picking up) but you can see into the back where he has all of his equipment. I like that he does it himself because I know he's going to do a good job to keep my business, and he can get it back to you on the same day! Some really unique things here are that he prints you out a price list for items when you're a new customer and explains his process that he checks the directions on clothing and always does what is the biggest cost benefit to you (i.e. if he can hand-launder something instead of dry clean it, he will). My bill was almost half of what I used to pay and everything looked phenomenal! He even caught a broken button on my husband's shirt and told me that he was going to hold that shirt back until his wife could mend it with a matching button. He also has really good deals which he posts on his front windows, the one right now was any size comforter for $15.99! AWESOME! I'm so happy to have found Q Cleaners and they will have my business as long as they are IN business. read more

I never invest time to actually put in the effort to really help the people who think this is a good place to go to. It is not they do not wash your clothes very well. I am literally driving and I am leaving this review because of how irritated it is to pay $60 For something that is not done. Been going to this cleaner for about a year now since my previous cleaner of 18 years closed. Up until recently service was great, cleaning was great and they even replaced buttons or sewn patches on shirts. My last cleaning a very expensive work shirt was over pressed and the logo and writing was destroyed. I didn't notice it since it was in with a bunch of other shirts until l went to put it on today. I took it to Q cleaners today, (Still had dry cleaning tag on it) showed it to the owner and compared it with another shirt exactly like it that they just cleaned. She claimed the shirt was older and I brought it from home because she packaged up my shirts last time. I showed her the dated dry cleaning tab and she implied I was a liar. Never looked in the back, talked to anyone who could have known. Wow! Lost me as a customer and created this review. read more

Took the husband's suit to get cleaned and pressed. There was a double crease in pants (seriously?!) and they didn't return the suit hanger we sent it in on. On top of that, it took several days to get the suit cleaned and they are much more expensive that other cleaners in McKinney. The location is a bit odd as well. Not at all impressed. The shirts and slacks are pressed with care with single precise lines in the pant legs. There are 2 reserved parking spots in front for quick pickup and drop off. This is my first (AND LAST) experience with Q Cleaners on Eldorado next to McKinney Animal Clinic and Leslie's Pool Suppy. I had my goose down comforter in for dry cleaning. I pointed out two different areas that had blood stains. I picked my comforter up one week later. When I did, I noticed a gnat or a flea crawling on my comforter underneath the plastic bag. In total disgust I ripped the plastic bag off my comforter and then this horrific mildew smell just about knocked me over! As I was inspecting my comforter I found it was still wet!!! It obviously had been hung up and wrapped in this plastic bag right after it was cleaned left to "dry" under the plastic bag all the while attracting flees and bugs. DISGUSTING!!!. I was also told they couldn't find the blood stains but there were two very large silver dollar size areas that were impossible to miss. I am so disgusted and should have taken it to another cleaner but decided they were going to do it right! I'll know in another week if I made the right decision. read more

Very discouraging experience with a dysfunctional business. When I arrived 8/16/19, 2 days after the promised date, my white dress shirt still wasn't ready for pick up. The female employee said it had an ink stain on the back which got worse after she sprayed ink remover on it. There was no stain on my shirt when she received it. Since I needed this shirt for a job interview today she suggested I either go home to find another shirt to wear or she would let me wear her son's shirt since I appear to be the same size. I know what a good cleaner is capable of because I used Boston Cleaners with zero complaints for over 10 years in Las Vegas, NV Unfortunately, Q Cleaners at this location required only one visit to see what they are capable of. read more

On some of the other reviews, If u have problems then just ask and they will make sure to correct anything that is not just right. I've been to different cleaners and those places don't compare to the quality that u get here. The other places just want ur money and could care less about u. Wish they had a better and bigger sign for their location bc it's sometimes hard for people to find , when I tell them where they need to go for the best cleaners in town.
